Avoid using this company

Avoid using this company. They took my money promising a professional and reliable service, but the application was ultimately rejected due to errors they made while completing the paperwork.

I asked them to reconsider my case, reapply on my behalf, or at least offer a discount given that the rejection resulted from their own mistakes. Unfortunately, they refused to help and have since stopped responding to my emails and phone calls altogether, without even providing an explanation.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
