AV Modern Bathrooms are 100% a 5* company! We looked in numerous bathroom places and the service we received from AV Bathrooms was second to none compared to anywhere else. From start to finish they talked us through everything. The fitters I can’t recommended enough, they was exceptional! So professional, cleaned up every single night and couldn’t be any more accommodating with us. They made sure everything was all in working order before finishing, and the job they have done was unreal! I would suggest going to AV Bathrooms over any big established firm!

Everything arrived on time and Peter and Ingars were very professional fitters. They worked very hard to complete our bathroom ahead of expected schedule . Prior to fitting we had samples and estimated cost completed very efficiently . The bathroom was great value for money . We went to showroom in St Helen’s before finalising what bathroom we wanted . After fitting a lovely smiley man collected all the waste . A big thank you to everyone

Absolutely over the moon with our bathroom renovation. Couldn't be happier from the initial visit from Jovita, the speed of the project starting (following week) and most importantly the competitive price. Our installer Ned was top notch. He was absolutely brilliant from advising on time scales to his workmanship and his communication in all aspects of the project. He's an absolute credit to your company. AV are a great company to do business with and I've no hesitation in recommending them. 5 ⭐ but should be 10.

I don't know how much room you get to leave these reviews but honestly could write so much..we have been desperate for a bathroom for so long, we dont have a lot of disposable income so this is a big purchase for us. Having had a few different quotes I didnt think we would ever afford a bathroom then we came across AV. I had a visit from Donatas and another chap who was training to be an esitmator and they were fantastic so knowledgeable but not pushy sales people I hate that puts me off straight away, they clearly knew their stuff and had been fitters before. I wondered how quickly the advertised price would go up as they entered the details of what I wanted to their Ipad - it didnt! Astonished by the value for money quote we visited the showroom I worry a lot and analysed things like why they share a showroom with another company, how can they do it so reasonable compared to the other quotes we had which were more than double AV quote! How come they have so much choice within my budget, how can they fit me in just 2 weeks after quote, why did we not have to sign a contract or leave a deposit, I thought there must be a catch. Well I can assure you there wasnt any catch! Communication in the lead up to the fitting was astonishing emails, up dating me, instructions, guarantee info. Day one of fitting a van arrived with EVERYTHING for my new bathroom, at this point I hadn't paid a penny. Fitter arrived at the same time Oleksej - what a guy. I have never witnessed someone work so hard and fast, professional and clean. My house was covered with carpet protection right through, he swiftly removed my old bathroom along with two lots of lino and two layers of tiles on all four walls from floor to ceiling. All rubbish was stored tidy in my garden. A van came day two three and four to collect rubbish as it was removed from the bathroom. Oleksej was respectful of me working from home his music was low, he worked on his own and I saw stages of the work it was perfection. After 3.5 days I had a full new bathroom which feels like I am in a hotel. I could write more I am blown away that they can do it for this price and be so professional with it. I wish I could leave more of a review but I promise you will not be disppointed.

I am incredibly proud to write this review for AV Modern Bathrooms, not just as a customer, but as a dear friend. We worked together on the railway and shared some of the toughest times side by side, as well as some truly great moments that I will always remember. I have seen first hand his work ethic, resilience, and determination.
Watching him build AV Modern Bathrooms and achieve so much on his own honestly makes me proud. He has always been someone who takes pride in what he does, never cuts corners, and always gives one hundred percent. That same dedication now shows in the quality and finish of his bathroom projects.
The workmanship is excellent, the attention to detail is clear, and the professionalism is exactly what I would expect from someone with his standards. It is inspiring to see how far he has come through hard work and belief in himself.
If you are looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely passionate about what they do, I could not recommend AV Modern Bathrooms more.

I had my new bathroom fitted 9 months ago. It was an absolutely amazing transformation, from design to the completed work was second to none. Two days ago I noticed that some of the top coat of the wash basin had disappeared, I contacted AV bathrooms to explain the issue, they asked for a photograph which I sent yesterday. I can’t tell you how surprised I was when of their guys turned up this morning, not to have a look at my wash basin, but to install a new one. This kind of customer service is exceptional. Jin who completed the work was extremely professional and treated my house with respect. I will continue to shout loud and clear to anyone who will listen about what an amazing company AV Bathrooms are.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Wow just wow , chose av modern bathrooms to do my renovation and would highly recommend them to anyone , Andrejs is an asset to this company, he worked so hard and takes so much pride In his work,he was so respectful and tidy , I'm so happy with everything he has done 😁

We recently had our bathroom renovated by AV Bathrooms, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Our fitter, Alex, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The entire bathroom was completed within just 5 days, and the standard of work is fantastic.

The attention to detail really shows, and everything has been finished to such a high quality.

I wasn’t at home during the week as I was working, but Alex made the whole process completely stress-free. He was more than happy to take my sister-in-law’s number and message her every evening to let her know when he was finishing for the day so she could lock up. That level of communication and consideration really meant a lot.

Once the bathroom was finished, Alex even stayed behind and waited for me to get home so he could walk me through everything and make sure I was completely happy. Nothing felt rushed, and he took the time to explain everything properly.

Professional, reliable, tidy, and genuinely thoughtful throughout. I would highly recommend AV Bathrooms and especially Alex to anyone looking to have work done.

Prompt and efficient service from start to finish- from quote to delivery and renovation. All staff polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Arrived promptly, hardworking and considerate. Bathroom transformed to high standard in a short time. Well done to all !

I must come on and say how pleased we are with our new renovated bathroom. From the first time designer Mantis called we knew this was a good honest company. This gentleman give us advice and offered ideas to us. Showed us everything and guided with his help we were happy to trust in them to give us a great bathroom. And my god we were not disappointed, Andreje the fitter arrived and he worked worked worked like we have never seen before, this man is a machine, lovely big smile every day after a couple days he was part of the furniture. Worked til late every day. Respectful well mannered nothing was too much trouble, he just got on with his work and cleaned up after himself every day. The rubbish removel was spot on and moved quickly. It was a joy to meet this lovely hardworking man. I cant recommend this company and of course Andeje enough. Thank you sooooooo much for giving us the most beautiful bathroom Andreje.

After a hesitant start during the quotation process (all due to our changes in refining exactly what we wanted in our new bathroom). Good advice and and guidance from Darius in the showroom and patience from Dani with numerous iterations of the quote. We thank them all for our dream bathroom. Last but not least the most helpful calm and knowledgeable members of the team Arthur and Rita, from the moment they arrived they listened to what we wanted, step by step throughout the week they called us to see and agree various aspects of the bathroom build, ceiling, floor, walls positioning of units etc. we were very impressed with our fitters knowledge and experience and did listen to their advice. The result of all the above is a new bathroom beyond our dreams. We have recommended Av and their fitters to friends and family.

Just wanted to add an additional review as my previous one was added the day of our bathroom being fitted but we had issues later that we were very disappointed with as the guy who fitted the bathroom took his time and some pride in fitting the bathroom to make sure it was to our expectations.

The fitter hadn't connected the lights /light switch correctly causing an electrical test failure while we are in the process of updating different things in the house.

While this was a health and safety risk I just want to add that the company were BRILLIANT with this being rectified quickly. They came and completed additional work themselves and couldn't apologise enough and were here until the issue was fixed.
Good value for money and the quote at the beginning was what we paid. The electrian who was doing other work in the house was pleased with how everything was fixed

Absolutely would have been 5 starts if it wasn't for the issues with the lights and lights switch

From the quote from Don to the fitting by Egis, the whole process was managed professionally and with our interests and desires at the forefront.

Egis arrived on time everyday and worked so diligently and his attention to detail is fantastic. He tidied up after each day and ensured the finished result was as good as we hoped for.

Needless to say, we have no hesitation in recommending this company, first class!

AV Modern Bathrooms turned up to view the bathroom, they were informative and honest, quickly had plans drawn up and a date fixed to carry out the works. Stephen stayed in touch whole duration and was very easy to contact at every stage, always returning my calls or emails, the chaps that turned up with materials were pleasant and respectful of property. Chaps that fitted the bathroom very pleasant and professional throughout the fitting and very respectful to owners and the property, very hard working and took pride in their works, on the last day all remaining debris removed and remaining materials again by very pleasant man. I would not hesitate in highly recommending this company and its works force. We are delighted with our bathroom

Well, what can I say. Fantastic from start to finish. All the staff from AV Modern Bathrooms were phenomenal. Mantas came and showed us alot of designs and gave us a load of options. Sorted out a stylish bathroom. Petreos and Ingars we're the fitters and what can I say, absolutely fantastic. Hard workers who never stopped. Came early and went late. A credit to the company. Only one issue was a tiny leak under the sink( no big deal) but that was resolved the following day. 5 stars all round for everyone. I would highly recommend AV Modern Bathrooms.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new completely refurbished (including the removal of the existing wall tiles) bathroom.
Juris was very hard worker, working til gone 6pm on a couple of the days (then having to drive around 50 miles home).
He was punctual, polite and his attention to detail is second to none.
I wanted the existing airing cupboard door to blend in with the rest of the walls, with no handle on the outside and so I came up with idea of using a push to pop open type set up.
Juris tried his best to make it work but the door just wasn't suitable (hollow) and so he custom made a brand new door from 18mm MDF.
The new door looks amazing and works perfectly.
The finished bathroom is to an outstanding level of craftsmanship and I would definitely recommend AV Modern Bathrooms, and certainly Juris, to anyone looking for a high quality bathroom, with an excellent customer service experience.

Had a whole new bathroom fitted.... service was great from start to finish. Home visit to help me decide what I wanted which was planned out by Jovita, she was so friendly and helpful. Lots of communication about start date and payments due, which I thought was amazing. Made a small amendment from square toilet to round, which wasn't any trouble. What can I say about Andrejs....he was so good, he checked every little detail with me, was so friendly and a fantastic all round worker.... he did an amazing job and I now just want to sit in my bathroom all the time lol.

We are currently having two bathrooms renovated by this company. The first one has now been completed, but unfortunately there have been several issues:
• The sink unit was fitted in the wrong place, not according to the plan. It was moved when pointed out, but the original holes were only filled with polyfiller.
• Grouting has not been finished.
• The bath taps were not installed where we requested.
• The toilet is not working and the stop lock is not accessible.
• There has already been a leak through to the ceiling in our lounge.
• Oil from their vehicle has leaked across our drive.

When we have contacted the company, we’ve repeatedly been told that no manager is available – the same explanation was given last week. We have been advised that maintenance will come out to correct the problems, but until that actually happens, this is not a company I could recommend.

I will update this review if the outstanding issues are rectified.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Igor, our fitter, has completed a complete transformation. He worked tirelessly throughout and his work is of an excellent standard. All rubbish collected the day after the job was finished. Would definitely recommend.

I have had a bathroom makeover this week by AV Modern bathrooms and I have to say that I am absolutely 💯 delighted with the results. The team have been amazing from start to finish. Justin is amazing and he can put his hand to anything. They have been courteous and respectfull with me and my home (including my cat). I would recommend this company and if they did any other home improvements I would definitely use them again. Thank you AV Modern bathrooms, I rate your company as excellent 👍 😀
