Due to Malaysia rules and regulations, my devise had been confiscated almost twice. Jackelyn has been patiently attending to my issues and give me an assistance with solution to solve this said issues. I received my devise at last with gratitude.

I also wanted thank to courier company, FedEx had been proactive do extra mile help the devise released from Malaysia’s custom.

Great experience with customer service

Had an issue with our Avologi Eneo and the discussion with the customer service rep was smooth and simple. Issue has been resolved and in a timely manner.

Everyone I talked to was great! Courteous, pleasant and helpful. The process was quick and efficient, no complications or hassles!

It is expensive but worth it every penny ! My skin looks much better

Same as all the other one star reviews. Bought my product on vacation in San Juan, Puerto Rico. ( now realize it was probably a pop-up shop ) Learned afterwards they prey on all the cruise ship tourists. Conned as well saying it was over 11,000. But offered me a special price of 4000. I am a single mother on a very limited budget. I was exhausted from a day of travel and the sales person convinced me it could heal my knee pain so I could snow ski with my son who was sitting there and pleading for me to get it so we could ski together. Can’t believe I was so gullible. Will be the last time.. Never told me it was non-returnable and charged 400 more in taxes once I looked at the receipt ( which was buried among other items in the box). I would have canceled the charge and left the product at the store the next morning… But we were leaving before the store opened and I was afraid someone would steal it and then I would be accused of shoplifting.
The worthless device cost more than our whole vacation 🥺

I recently had a return and communicated with Jacklyn several times and Shirley once. They were both very helpful and explained what needed to be done. I thought the process was going to be a challenge but talking to Jacklyn made it easy. She is very nice.

This is an Israeli company selling cheap toys with LED lights scamming people using terms as “infra-red technology” , “NASA” and other fake claims! This is a scam going around in the world since years ! Is the same scam as Zero Gravity and Opatra ! Be Aware ! They literally steel your money using fake websites and review and Non-sense discounts ! DON’T BUY

I was very Happy with Jacqueline!! She helped me with the problem quickly and she is very nice to work with.
Enjoyed talking with her, she is very good at making the customer feel ok even when you have a problem with the device.

If I could give them a zero I would. Conned me int purchase with promises of return option. Did nothing for my face, tried to return. Months of promises, lies, delays and avoidance. Never got a penny back. It in my closet in the original box!
I continue tO try to get my refund that they promised!!
They consistently try to get this review removed. It is a legitimate review! They told me repeatedly that they would return it and give me my money (after much insistence on my part. The device is still in the box waiting for Them to honor their words.

I absolutely love this company. I bought my first product 15 years ago and they have always honored the lifetime warranty policy! Excellent customer service and it’s a fun experience when I receive the product with beautiful design box, wrapped in pink tissue paper and extra bonus is a surprise complementary product!!!!!! I had a great experience with the customer service of Jackelyn S, my device needed replacement and she assisted me throughout the process with professionalism and excellent attitude.

I purchased my Eneo Totale two years ago. Last week the unit would not charge. I contacted Customer Service and they responded very quickly to my emails. I have already received my replacement Eneo Totale. I would definitely recommend this company!

Bought the device at a home show and then one day it stopped charging. Jackelyn who was the customer representative was wonderful. Showed me how to send videos to determine the issue. I was sent a new one since it was not working. Had to pay almost $200 Canadian to get it shipped out plus close to $100 to ship back old device (included some insurance) The device is amazing!!! I was without it now for over a month and I really really missed it! I had deep lines by my mouth area and they are almost all gone. I also had knee surgery and this is helping with regenerating the nerves. I had some dead areas and now I do not think I have any dead spots. Still tingly but this really helped regenerate the nerves. Also my crow's feet almost gone too. Not many devices out there that are a wand so you can apply exactly where you want. It is very pricey but I love this device and I do not think there is anything quite like it on the market! So worth it!

I bought the Avalogi Eneo April 2022 and it worked fine however a couple years later in September 2024 my unit refused to light up the infrared lights came On and turned off a few seconds later

this does absolutely nothing at all. i used it for a couple of months and it is a complete scam in my opinion. No improvement at all
