Good customer support / awkward glitches…

Personally I don’t understand why everyone mentions emailing?… WhatsApp them and you’ll find they’ll respond within 24hrs. The only problem I have is being charged for delivery when I meet the requirements for it to be free.

My mum has used Avon for years so have I , excellent products their creams are excellent but the stronger creams you must read the ingredients as some lady’s with sensitive skin can irritate their skin , it works wonders on my skin Avon is the best ever creams on the market for me I tried to write a review on Amazon but there was an issue , iv used Estée Lauder which is excellent my top favourite is Avon creams iv ordered more from Amazon and will continue to do so , thank you Avon for your creams

I’d give no stars if I could

I’d give no stars if I could. This is the second online order in the last 2 weeks that I haven’t received. Customer service was no help at all last week so I’m not bothering ringing about this order I’ll ask PayPal to refund me. Avon has gotten to be an absolutely awful company.

Atrocious customer service

Bad customer service.
I placed an order and straight away i released the order had defaulted to a different address-my error for not checking. This has happened with a different store in the past and on contacting them they changed the address instantly. Avon however refused. I called them within 3 minutes of placing the order and was informed i couldnt change it as it was 'too' late. I asked if i could cancel and be refunded and id re-order. I was told no. I was told i had to wait for hermes to attempt delievery 3 times and return the parcel back to Avon. I explained that Hermes always leave parcels at that address on the doorstep so its no good for me to wait for the failed delivery and again was told nothing Avon could do. I was told to speak to Here's and ask them to change the delivery address but they wont do it unless requested by Avon. So now ive paid for an order i wont receive and im guessing if i try to claim it back they will state it was delivered as Hermes will of sent a photo of it on the doorstep :/ And this address is 3 hours away.
Only order via a rep don't order online!!

Bad customer experience.

I have worked with avon as a representative it has a very bad customer service and moreover they haven't return my payment for the return products. They kept the money and the product both with them.

I ordered Maxime aftershave for my…

I ordered Maxime aftershave for my husband from our local rep.
It came before Christmas as per order and is the most nicely packaged item I've received.
The aftershave itself smells amazing, and equally as good as Creed, which sells for over £100 a bottle.
I'm delighted with contents, expensive looking bottle, and my rep.

I have items missing from my order and…

I have items missing from my order and cannot contact anyone. The phone hangs up, WhatsApp nobody responds, I have tried Instagram too - shocking service. Took forever for my order to arrive and stuff is missing!? Can someone PLEASE contact me about this ASAP.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. I placed an order over 10 days ago, and it finally arrived today. The packaging was so badly damaged and soaked through it had been bunged into a plastic bag, and the contents were open and crushed too. To make matters worse I received two items I hadn’t ordered and not received the ones I had. I won’t bother again with these cowboys

Never again!!

Wish I'd read the reviews on here first!! Waited a week and still order not dispatched. Rang them. They said that something on the order must be out of stock so they were holding the order incase it came in! They couldn't even tell me which item! All are still in stock on the website. They said they would re-process the order but I would have to wait 2 weeks before contacting them again if I hadn't received it. I said not prepared to wait so they offered a refund which I accepted! But looking at the reviews here I'm not holding out much hope of getting it!

Bunch of lying theives

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHISTERS!!!!

My order was cancelled after they failed to send it. I have been lied to by every member of the customer service team I have spoken to (and there has been at least 5)

Told verbally and in writing that a refund had been issued.

2 weeks after my order was cancelled and the finance team knew nothing about the refund request until today. (Find hard to believe)

Told my refund has now been issued but still waiting for the transaction ID so I won't hold my breathe.

BE WARNED, ORDER FROM THESE MUPPET'S AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!!

Bought some pyjamas off the lovely Avon…

Bought some pyjamas off the lovely Avon rep. Never bought anything from Avon before. The pyjamas are lovely but I only got them 2 weeks ago and the stitching on the waist seam has come away leaving a gaping hole. I have admittedly worn them a lot since getting them but obviously the quality isn’t there even though they cost £20. I will stick with next pyjamas in the future.

Total shower of s**t

Paid for next day delivery, a week later still nothing. Called the day after the due date, told they would refund the delivery charge. 5 days on and still no refund. Called on day 7 to be told my order isn't progressing and that they would refund me so I could order again. Not a bloody chance in hell. Just a bunch of liars. Save your money don't order from this shower of s**t

Don't waste your money!

I read Avons own reviews on their power renewal serum and it sounded amazing. I thought I'd give it ago as it is £12 cheaper than my usual Bodyshop Drops of youth serum .... absolute rubbish no comparison! Only positive is that it soaked in well but no noticeable results. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, I'll definitely pay the extra for the Bodyshop one in future. Waste of money!!

i tried ordering 3 items

i tried ordering 3 items, they took the money but my order is still in my basket when i emailed they said try again to order which i did so now i’m charged twice and everytime i call they say their refund policy is 3-7 working days which is nearly 2 weeks now and still have nothing this company is a scam!!! i’m never going to order ever again! absolutely mugged off!!!!

Just had the new Christmas book from My rep
can I just say it uninspiring and boring its like Avon still have stock left over from pervious years.
and shopping on line is complicated and dull.
use a local rep if possible why would I want a rep in Scotland if I live in the south west?
