Absolute scam - ordered a coffee table - tracked my delivery and once delivered it was actually a small star badge through the letterbox. No table!!!!

Scam website!!! Bought an item, had a confirmation email and payment taken and then absolutely nothing. Contact email address doesnt work. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

So I wanted to update my review. So from the confirmation email it took around two days for a order shipped email to come through. The company is based in London, UK but my item was being shipped from China! I have received my item from this company but its nothing like what was pictured or described on the website. No returns address to send back to and no emails work. Again I would highly recommend to avoid this site. My order was less than £50 so I've not lost out on a massive amount but for people who are looking to buy, just dont bother!!!

We attended Avora for an “outer space cocktail experience” and it was nothing short of pathetic. The entire setup felt aimed at 5–6-year-olds, not adults who paid good money. The painfully bad actors stumbled through an embarrassingly poor routine that was more cringe than entertainment. The drinks couldn’t distract from the sheer amateurism on display. It was awkward, childish, and utterly dreadful from start to finish. We couldn’t get out quick enough. Avoid at all costs.

Its too bad i couldnt give any negative stars, because this company is an absolute scam! Bought several items a year ago and i never got my products. Tried to contact them several times, but with no response whatsoever.

I order an item on the 30th of November and am still yet to receive it. I have attempted to get in contact with the brand 4 times now and still no response. I’m outraged by the lack of customer service on there website it states ‘ We believe in providing our customers with the best service, which is why our customer service team is available 7 days a week for you’ however it’s been 5 weeks since I sent the very first email and I’ve still not had a response or a refund.

No order received yet nor a mail .. no refund… fake site

My order was confirmed and money taken. However since then, I have heard nothing and the only contact email is bouncing. The website still seems to be running. I will be reporting this site to the NCSC

If I could leave negative stars I would. Having bought stuff in the past no problem but then. Been waiting for my cap for weeks now no response. Many emails but no reply. Appalling service. How the owner of this company can sleep at night. I would love to now scamming people of their own hard earned money. If no item delivered I will be doing a claim to get my money from my bank.

Not even worthy of the one star or the time of day. Steven Watkinson you should be ashamed to have your name against such a poor company. Almost a month since placing my order and order is still 'processing'. No reply on the help email from the website and no acknowledgement although the money from the order was taken from my account. Seems to be this company just take your money and run. If you cannot fulfill the orders then you SHOULD NOT be taking them. Poor customer service to add to the ever growing frustrations of the customers who have fallen victim to these Scammers! Steer clear and warn every person you know, Lost Rockstar will NEVER be the new Urbam Celebrity. Bitten off more than they can chew I think. Give me my bloody money back robbing c**nts!!

We have ordered before and the products were great quality and had no problems. Ordered back in October, items came and were really poor quality, with no tags or in bags. We sent the items back, received no refund and after emailing them several times for a month they never responded. We had a signature so we claimed the refund back through our bank. They are now disputing this chargeback claiming they haven’t received the goods 4 months later! Luckily we still have the signature. They are con artists, with a terrible business model where they never give refunds!

Faulty goods,Said they would send me out replacements that never came,then ignored all of my emails and messages through Facebook after to return items for an exchange, ignored for months and no refund! No customer service at all! Do not use!!!

Disgusting customer service, Steven Watkinson should be ashamed to own a company like Lost Rockstar, didn't send order, open a complaint with PayPal and then only sent 1 of the 3 items so PayPal don't refund as it looks like they sent all Items, avoid at all costs, so many other good online clothing companies to buy from,

Sent out the wrong item and then want me to pay for posting it back before they will re-send correct item. Based on the below I suspect if I send back their mistake I wouldn’t get a replacement or money back - will avoid

They promised me in first place to do a refund.
After that they didn't answer anymore and they didn't make a refund. Been months now. Don't order here!!!

I am forced to leave a review here due to no acknowledgement from this scam company to any of my emails and social media posts. They have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts simply because I asked for help on a return as I didn't get a response to any of my emails I sent them. It's been over 30 days and no refund or any acknowledgement. Very poor company and the owner STEVEN PHI*IP WATKINS SHOULD NOT BE IN Business with such poor customer services.

I didn't want to go down this route but need to make others aware.

Had the tshirts looked like the images they had online I would have kept them but they were a different colour and didn't fit so returned them within the 14days policy. I guess if they were fine I would be leaving them 5 stars for a quick delivery.

so to everyone ordering with this company make sure you order the right size and are happy with the colour regardless of what the website shows because you won't get anywhere trying to return them for a refund. I bet they have already sold the items I returned to someone else.

Absolute Scam Company! Have used many avenues to try contact them, email and social media. They have blocked my social media pages from commenting on their posts and direct messaging them. I politely asked for an update on my refund and have received zero response from them. I have full tracking information on my return yet they refuse to refund my money even though I am fully aware of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act and have therefore reported this company to Trading Standards.

Scammers, don't issue a refund and also if you leave a review that they do not like, they will not give you your money back. I contacted the customer service it is run by unprofessional people, the person emailed me saying become you left a bad review we don't want your custom lol. Poor service and no refunds. They also took away the store credit which they give instead of a refund and kept the £19.99. Please be aware of this. AVOID AT ALL COST SCAMMERS!

Bought a few tee-shirts from this crowd and they are fantastic. Lovely fit and very affordable with the Sale. Would recommend the muscle fit shirts as really good quality. Service was fast and pain less

CEO at Instagram because they even didnt start packing my order after 2,5 week. "When you start in the big leagues bro, let me know i´ll give you advice." Thank for that.. I dont hope its customer service.

Update: Got my order after one month. But they didnt packed 1 t-shirt, so i only got 1 which i should pay customs and taxation + ordered delievery express which took them 2,5 week to pack. And they dont reply now.

Disaster company.

Customer service is a absolute joke, they don’t reply tried email, social media. Absolute waste of time. DONT and I mean DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
