Implementation was great!!
Implementation was great! We are a small company, and we do not have a phone system in our office. There are lots of options for configuration. I had a call flow with an option that did not seem doable based on the selections I was given on the website. I worked with someone who (behind the scenes) was able to make it do what I needed to do. Now that's customer service! I highly recommend this solution!

As a new user to IP-based telecommunications systems, we have many questions regarding setup issues and account management. Both Avoxi support agent and sales agent always take time and patiently walk us through our questions and issues. Unlike some providers who often just brushed off "silly" questions and not bother to address each question or query raised.

I have had the pleasure of receiving great service from Avoxi. there have been one or two occasions where I have had issues with the turn around times on the service requests. this however was resolved with their management team.
I would like for them to keep up the great work in terms of the turnaround times as well as keep up the communications between all parties involved in service requests.
I feel this is a must and every client should be treated the same no matter how big or small their account is. I feel that Avoxi has the ability to do so.
Avoxi has a great service team and has assisted me where I have needed, please keep this up for all the clients.

It was supposed to be a one month trial - Well after one year, our audit department informed us Avoxi charged monthly fees for over one year! .. Asked for refund and explained it was a one month trial, I got this:

Very dubious business practices
Very dubious business practices - not transparent pricing, what was advertised on their website was not what i ended up paying - it was far higher to use their SIP trunking and virtual phone number even though I hardly used their service they still charged by like $60. Will try to retain you by offering you "free credit" - they send way too many emails to try and make it seem like they're offering good customer service. Avoid

Charged Us for ZERO Service
To follow up with Kris' review below, we now know how the cancellation of the account went... They instructed us because we didn't provide 30 days cancellation notice, no refund will be provided. So that's the end of the story. No service, we had to force contact and in the end, they kept our money because WE didn't hold up our end of the agreement. Well, I guess you live and learn and hope to not repeat your mistakes of the past. I think we're all a little wiser though slightly poorer.

Shady billing process, unclear items on invoices, customer support is rude and slow.
Had a new requirement I needed to discuss and felt the agent was completely inexperienced.
I switched to a different provider and the experience was night and day.

They are never to be trusted as they are teaming up with tech support scammers and take cut from every online scam they do.
They will never entertain any request to block the numbers associated with tech support scam because they themselves are involved!!!!
Please do not waste your time (EDITED)
Please do not waste your time! What should have been a simple number porting has turned into a total nightmare. Firstly, after 4wks, WE finally asked them for an update, and they told us they can't even find the porting request. We are starting from square one again. THey can't even find the paperwork, so we forwarded the same email back to them again. Another 4wks of radio silence. Followed up again and was given excuses. Reach out to the sales rep and he tells me its actually completed - It is obviously not can be easily testing, and even our online account shows no change. Confronted the sales and account reps again, 36hrs later and not a peep. All the while we paid the bill. I have told them to cancel the order and refund us. I guess we'll see how well that goes...
EDIT: July 2020 - They refused to refund, instead offering us a 3month credit if we would reconsidering cancelling the service we never got! 4months with no actual service that we continued to pay for in good faith, and they couldn't even do there right thing even then.
EDIT: The pièce de résistance, now they are trying to get my review blocked, because they would rather spend more time trying to covering up their bad service, rather than fix it.
