Please avoid purchasing items from this company. I paid for my item and also paid extra for expedited shipping. Since Sept 2025 it's Feb 2026 with no item no feedback and no refunds when requested multiple times. It is like thier main goal it to take your money then ignore you.
This company seems to be a scam. I paid for some vehicle parts. But no update after that. Very poor communication from seller. The seller says that the tracking number will be provided but no tracking number was ever provided!
I needed an ECU for a Hyundai car but the Hyundai dealer said it was no longer available but maybe I could find a supplier in Korea. Avto said they had the part available from one of their suppliers and the part number matched the one I got from the Hyundai dealer. I paid 850usd for the part and waited one month for delivery. When it came it was not even close to the same part. I took a photo and sent to Avto, showed them the part was not even the same size and requested a refund. They said they would give me credit for any other part but would not refund my money. Why would I order another part from them? They are scam artists. DO NOT TRUST THEM !
Order received. The part worked perfectly fine. Customer service and no responses makes you question if they are legit. However, all worked out in the end. Hopefully they can improve in the areas necessary.
