I hired a Focusrite 18i20. Communication with the AV Xpert team was quick and easy, answering the questions I had. The price was good and everything arrived on time. I will use them again for my audio hiring needs.

So efficient nothing was too much to ask and when we needed leads last minute they were immediately sorted.
Everything came with clear set up instructions what more could we ask for?!

I hired the JBL EON ONE PRO portable PA system and microphone package for my wedding and the experience was amazing! Communication was exemplary from consultation, to quote sign off to pickup and use. When we needed a little help we were able to phone them and get a resolution immediately (user error of course!)

Nick and the AVXpert Team recently worked with us to provide audiovisual equipment for the King's College Carol Service for Primary and Secondary Schools. From our first correspondence Nick and his colleagues were very professional working with us to create a package that suited the needs of our large scale event. During the Service itself the team operated the cameras allowing the school children attending the Service, seated in the Ante-Chapel, to continually see the wonderful performance by the Choir in the other end of the Chapel. Needed lighting for daughters birthday party and sought advice from AV. Their recommendations were perfect for the occasion and easy to set-up. The lighting effects gave a very professional appearance. The service was excellent and plan to use AV again next Summer for a future event.

AV Xpert were recommended to us by Land Family Business from their recent Conference. From the initial discussions and booking we have found them to be extremely efficient and helpful and experienced. On the set up day prior to our event we encountered a few issues and challenges with the venue but the technicians on site were extremely professional and made sure all equipment was working before they left the site. We can't thank AV Xpert enough for all their help and we will definitely be using them for future events we hold and will definitely recommend them going forward.

We worked with AV Xpert to livestream, record, and generally facilitate AV setup for a quartet of live events in September 2022. Communications including about the nature of the services required were generally efficient. The team on site were patient and understanding with our event participants and respectful of those who preferred to stay off camera. The quality of service was exactly as needed and those participating remotely (as audience and/or speakers) were very positive in their feedback to us. The resulting videos are a great asset to us, as a memento of the event and to share content with those who could not join us at the time.

From the first email about the dry hire of a very large screen, sound set up and video recording equipment for our wedding, AV Xpert's customer service was second to none.

The team went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after in every way. This continued all the way up to our wedding day and out the other side.

Katie and Lucija are both so friendly and accommodating, with incredible advice if you have limited AV experience. The engineering team were positive, helpful and courteous in their set up and the team went above and beyond to make sure our footage was the best quality it could be.
