Ordered a medal as a present for my brother. No confirmation of order and after 7 days I emailed about update on delivery. I was told it was not a stock item and would have to be ordered in which would take 10-14 days. When I received the delivery I was extremely disappointed to find they had sent the wrong medal. Only plus point was the quick dispatch of the one I ordered.

Prices are way over the top and I realised too late that I should have done some research into other companies where I would have saved a considerable sum of money and an awful lot of annoyance.

Items good but as stated by others they are SO, SO overpriced, and very slow to get orders delivered. Also, I paid for an order and Award Medals could not fulfil because they had already "sold out". They refused to give a refund (as legally required) to my debit card, and insisted on placing a "credit" for the amount on my account, thereby forcing me to buy again, even if I don't want anything. So, "spend more money to get the money we owe you" is their Motto, REALLY POOR SERVICE and NOT recommended!!

I was quite surprised to read all of the negative comments on the reviews here. I became aware of this company about 6 months ago in July 2017. I have made several purchases from them over the last 7 months and every time the items ordered have arrived on time and/or before. I have been pleased with the service, quality, and pricing. The last item I ordered was a shield with my personal coat of arms. After submitting an image of my arms they came up with excellent reproduction and to my surprise less than 3 weeks it arrived. Absolutely beautiful and proud to have on my wall.

Very poor service. I was told my order would take UP TO! 28 days its now 14 days over the 28 day period with no replies to emails that I have sent asking for an update.

I placed orders back in September and items took over 5 weeks to arrive. The website gave no update information apart from saying personalised for 4 weeks. They failed to respond to emails. Along with this I spent nearly £300 for 5 medals, one set for myself and one for my grandad and both arrived with issues despite cards saying they had been quality checked. It is so disappointing and so slow.

I have bought shields from this company before and although I was pleased with the purchases I found the delivery a bit slow, but as I was getting emblem and writing on them I knew it would take more time. this last order was for a polo shirt for my husband's Christmas, and I'm so glad I ordered it in september, it was a plain long sleeved polo shirt with a royal navy badge embroidered on it ,order was placed 14th september...money taken 17th september,order arrived today 18th october , five weeks after order was placed and after emailing them twice to find out when it would be dispatched
I couldn't track my order,and there was no email to let me know when it had been dispatched. and although I'm pleased with the purchase,and I know my husband will like it , I won't be buying anything else from this company

Terrible experience. Ordered a gift for my uncles birthday and when it arrived the personalised case was missing but they sent a metal plaque with the engraving on it. When I emailed them about this they sent me out a different case to the one I ordered without the personalisation on it stating that as they had already sent me the personalised portion of the case they didn't need to attach a new one and send it to me. When I raised the issue of the case they sent me being the wrong size and shape (being rectangular instead of the square one shown on their site) they basically told me that the case fits the product I ordered and said they would attach the personalised plaque to the case for me if I posted the case and plaque back to them with me paying for the postage.

Would recommend you go anywhere else other than here
