Thank you, Abigail, for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your recent purchase. The Nelson Star Award you selected is made of high-quality acrylic, as clearly described on our website. Acrylic awards are durable and versatile, and the pricing reflects the intricate star design and customization. For comparison, the award you purchased two years ago was a simpler design in crystal, which explains the price difference.
We apologize if there was any misunderstanding and for the delay in our response from customer service—we’re reaching out now to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
