That said, we want to clarify the timeline: your order was placed on 10/10, but the necessary logo wasn't provided until 10/24, just a week before your deadline. Our team immediately reviewed the artwork and recommended changing the print method to accommodate your design. When we received direction to remove the logo, we adjusted and moved forward quickly to try to meet your timing.
