A new level of social media monitoring

Gone are the days when I had to manually search hashtags keywords every day and store links and text in a messy spreadsheet. With Awario, I can collect all mentions in real time and focus more on engagement and reporting dashboard. Awario has given me countless insights, and it's a tool I've been using daily for over three years. The only downside is that not all social media platforms are supported yet, but I hope the team expands coverage soon.

Great experience with social listening in Awario

Awario us a rare fond - on once Hand, it's a powerful social listening tool with solid dashboards, features, and reports, and on the other, it's surprisingly affordable. The interface is very easy to navigate and full of useful insights. The leads module is my favorite (especially after getting help from the awesome support team with the setup), as it uncovers lead opportunities across all my target social networks. I hope Awario continues to gro and adds more platforms to monitor.

Awarios main strenghts

One of Awario’s main strengths is its excellent value for money, as it is a very affordable social listening platform compared to many other tools on the market that offer similar or even more limited features. This makes it an especially attractive option for small and mid-sized companies, as well as for teams looking to optimize their budget without sacrificing performance.

Another very positive aspect is that Awario stands out for its amazing customer support: the service provided by the key account managers is professional, proactive, and genuinely attentive, with a level of dedication that goes far beyond what is usually expected. They are not only fast and effective in their responses, but also provide practical solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the platform and client needs. In my experience, this level of support is among the best I have seen in similar tools and clearly sets Awario apart from many of its competitors.

A platform that delivers

From onboarding to implementation, the Awario team were highly responsive and supportive. They provided assistance in creating alerts to ensure all relevant social media mentions would be captured.

Awario's search result is phenomenal

Awario's search result is phenomenal. This is not a hype but pure truth! It's a powerful tool for social listening, reputation management and sceuring social selling opportunities across multiple social platforms.

A very great part of this product is the incredible support team they have to ensure clients get fantastic results.

In this case, the request was to change the publication date of a web mention. During the conversation, our team explained that although we did make this adjustment for you once as a courtesy, we're unable to support changing the publication date of collected mentions on an ongoing basis, as it requires manual developer work.

Our system captures the date based on what the webpage displays in its metadata, and manual overrides aren’t part of the normal workflow. While we understand this may be frustrating, we do our best to be transparent about what the system can and cannot support.

I came across Awario in a blog I follow…

I came across Awario in a blog I follow that recommended it as an affordable social media monitoring tool. I decided to try it out and quickly moved to a subscription. You don't need a lot of time or experience to start creating alerts - everything is intuitive, and the filters make it easy to find the most relavent mentions fast.

The sentiment analysis feature is also very helpful, especially for spotting negitive mentions during sudden spikes and reacting quickly.

Social listening reports in different languages

I work at a digital marketing agency and manage the social media analytics department. Since we handle projects worldwide, having reports in multiple languages was essential. Awario is perfect for this - it offers multilingual support for both monitoring and reporting. Another great feature is its ability to find influencers in any niche, which is crucial for clients who focus on brand reputation through influencer marketing. It also includes many other useful tools like topic clouds, Boolean search, sentiment analysis, and more. Support is quick and responsive.

A great to monitor social media mentions.

It was very easy to create m'y first alert in awario, and I was impressed by how many brand mentions I'd been missing. The tool has been extremely helpful for generating more leads from social media. I also appreciate the clean, well-organized dashboard - it's not cluttered, so it's genuinely pleasant and convenient to work in.

This company took £348 charge for…

This company took £348 charge for subscription without giving advance notice and refused to refund when contacted. Both these actions are illegal under UK consumer law where suppliers must give advance notice of subscription and allow refund in 14 day cooling off period. avoid this company at all costs! Edit: they repaid money, the issue was should not be taken without advance notice under UK law, especially as the amount was large.

Our payment processor also sends an advance email notification before each renewal, giving customers the opportunity to cancel if they wish.

Find Public New Business Opportunities

Awario is a great simple solution for social listening projects. In my case I have used it to listen to specific topics and to be able to make creative proposals based on the language of the people. Another very useful way that I found was to be able to find new clients and public bids that I would not have been able to discover without the tool.

No Refund, No Notice Your Card is Saved On Their Platform

I pitched Awario to a company in Nigeria for them to use for their services. Due to forex restrictions they could not make payment for the service from their account and i opted to help them with the payment using my card. Payment was made for 5 -months, and my team put them through Awario and how to use.

This engagement with the agency was discontinued shortly after, i got a shocking email today that my card had been charged $1345 on Awario, i was terrified as I never opted for my card to be saved on Awario, and i did not see any place to cancel it on the dashboard after the payment.

I immediately contacted your team to notify them of this development and to process a refund only to be told it was not possible. $1345 is a lot of money for a service i do not use or intend to use for now.

I am being told that they do not offer refund even though we never used the product more than 1 month and we paid for 5 months, now i am going to lose over $1000 for a product i do not use?

Misleading claims

This listening tool isn't able to monitor mentions on Facebook or Instagram. The website is very misleading as it states that it can - refunds are not provided once this has been realised.

We are currently being reviewed by Facebook's team, meaning that we can't collect anything from Facebook and Instagram. The integration might be restored in the future, however, the monitoring is limited to posts on whitelisted business pages only — personal profiles, comments, groups, and stories will not be available to monitoring. This is a universal policy enforced directly by Facebook, thus it affects every social listening solution out there.

Nearly useless for professional use.

The trial period had me believe that I would be able to compare more than two competitors to my brand but according to support that functionality is months away. Adding to that is that the seemingly generous quota of 150 k mentions gets gobbled up by related keywords. So instead of using Brand Name + at least one of these keywords it lumps all of them together. Which also makes the feed INCREDIBLY MUDDY.

And the final nail in the coffin is that they do not offer refunds, that's just incredibly poor service (and a tell tale sign of the quality of the product). I heartily recommend Mention instead, even their trial period is better than Awarios, so called, pro plan.
