Misleading tea pack adverts
This is a little thing and concerns the tea pack offer. The advert said “buy any of our tea packs and receive a free crystal tea pot”. There was no suggestion in the advert that it related to only a certain pack - the advert said “any”
I ordered 3 different tea packs, consisting each of 3 x 50g bags.
No crystal pot was included in the order, and when I inquired, I was told the offer was only for a *particular* tea pack, not individual bags.
I pointed out that the advert made no mention of this, and I didn’t buy individual bags - I bought 3 packs of 3 … 3 “tea packs”
I have received no further contact from AW Artisan and I fear I shall now have to start looking elsewhere for a wholesaler.
