Never received my order! Don’t buy off of this site!!

I ordered two suits and still haven't received them it's been two months. I was wondering from people in the past ordering from Awful Bitter, if I should just wait it out or should I try and get any sort of refund?

Took my money and got no confirmation number all I got a text from was “Rebecca” saying “did I complete my order or did I get a confirmation number” obviously not if you’re asking. Also after I texted saying I didnt get a confirmation number. She said I’ll be getting a refund. So basically took my damn money and no prof of purchase beside my bank statement!

If I could give zero stars I would. THIS SITE IS A DISGRACE!!!! I ordered 3 swimsuits over a month and a half ago and STILL haven’t received them... after COUNTLESS emails with the company begging them to explain to me why I still don’t have my swimsuits all I get back is a tracking number that I already have. They are legit doing the same thing to every single person. If I do not receive my swimsuits or my money back I will be taking legal actions against the company which I’m planning on doing already since they’ve been scamming everyone!!!! SHUT THIS F****NG COMPANY DOWN!!!!

This is a horrible scamming company. I'm considering taking legal action against them. They are taking people's money and not sending our orders.

I ordered my swimsuits beginning of June it’s now July. They said it would take 2 weeks to come. It’s been a month.... and they want to keep saying that it’s in customs

Absolute trash. Never even shipped after 6 weeks, company refuses to refund my money AND after haggling for 7+ emails they offer me a 20% refund !? You've gotta be shitting me. This company is a SCAM and garbage!!!!! Do not buy from them!

Saw they had $10 swim suits on ig and ordered two. Same deal as all the other comments, took 2 MONTHS to arrive, and when I asked on week 4 where my package was, l was told it was going through customs at the National fulfillment center and given a tracking number that gave me absolutely no information. What I got were the most cheap looking swim suits I’d ever seen. Asked for a refund and still haven’t gotten an email back. This company needs to go!

Ordered two bathing suits on June 8th, messaged them multiple times asking when my order will be shipped, they first told me my order was processing, then they told me that they were behind on some orders and they’d place mine on ‘URGENT’, today I received a refund email thankfully and got all my money back. Don’t order from this site! They obviously never had the product to begin with..

This Company is most definitely Awful!!! I ordered just 2 bikini's and I never received them still to this day a month and a half later. I emailed them multiple times about my package and asked why I never received my tracking number or package. After all the emails of me trying to figure out what's taking them so long I just finally asked for my money back. And guess what. They offered to give me back 20% of what I paid.........Like w.t.f hell no I want my fuc*** Money NOW. I didn't receive my package and iv been waiting a month in a half and all u have to offer is 20% of the money I spent for a package I never received like w.t.f kinda shi is that? So what I'm paying for a wish list is what yall saying? Got me fuc*** up.
Yall don't shop here if u ever want to receive your package

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I knew it was going to take 3 weeks to come it has been 6 weeks and I asked for a refund on July 19th, they said they refunded it and to expect it in 3-5 business days it has now been 8 business days and when I messaged them on Instagram because THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER to say I never got it they then blocked my account I will be posting horrible reviews of them and this company doesn’t deserve to be running still they are just taking peoples money. DO NOT buy anything from this company. WORST service I’ve ever had from an online store. What store doesn’t even have a contact number? I will not stop with this until this website is taken down or I get my money back. Extremely horrible experience

Asked for a refund. Been over a month. Will be taking the next steps to get the company shut down.

Don’t order from this website! I ordered two bathing suits over a month ago, the website says it will take 10-14 days to arrive, and my tracking statement says its still being processed. I have emailed them twice and never gotten a response.

They took my money!!! Don’t order from them!!! SCAMMERS!!! I ordered two swimsuits for my birthday pool party, I emailed them several times stating that I couldn’t track my order an asking how long would it take they took for ever to reply. After a few emails back and forth they told me it was delivered!! I have a brother who stays at my house 24/7 nothing ever came emailed stating such nothing back! I’m going to better business bureau next to report them
