I deeply regret that we closed our affiliate program at CJ UK to move it to AWIN ULK. Their service level, reaction time, motivation to start up a program is a total disaster. We hope to cancel our contract their soon, and move somewhere else.

I'm not sure how they got my business email, but they keep messaging me, even when I don't respond to them. I don't appreciate sales tactics like that! I saw a link to this Trustpilot account in the (very long) email signature of one of the salespeople, hence why I'm here. Maybe this'll get them to stop, but who knows.

Takes the stress out of affiliate marketing
I've been registered with Awin for a few years but only really started using this affiliate platform with focused intent since Nov 2020.
The affiliate dashboard is very easy to use and if you get stuck, Wiki is a great resource for finding the answer.
I have contacted Awin once for clarification about tax evidence and I received a prompt and helpful reply.
The reporting functions are great.
This is my favourite affiliate platform to use. Stress free :)

I have been with AWIN for some time and had occasion to stop using it. I had some money sitting in my account and after some years, started using it again and the money from years ago was paid to me. a very honest company.

I highly recommend using Awin
I've been using Awin for many years and they are always consistent. They pay out when they say they will and have never missed a payment. The tools they offer to create links are easy to use to create and update content.

Awin's Chrome extension is pretty bad! 👿👎🏽
Awin's Chrome extension for linking with your affiliate ID is pretty bad. The url shortener should have no limit. Every day I have to stop using the shortener and I am forced to publish long links that overload the HTML of my website.
I suggest this be made unlimited to work properly.

If you are a publisher with 20 sales in the last three months you should have almost no limitation shortening your tracking links. Of course, you can also use external shorteners.

later they going to say they already send you you refound, they never refound me they make a spreadsheet on excel where they show me they send me my money wich is not true.
they do all this to scam people becareful they just want you money.

All publisher applications on the Awin network go through a manual approval process. Based on the information submitted during the application process, the Awin compliance team will either approve, reject or request to obtain further information. This process takes up to 2 business days to be completed.
The $5 sign-up fee requested upon sign up is a security step to ensure network quality and discourage fraudulent subjects looking to join our network. The payment is processed by our partner Worldpay, and through this same provider we run the fee refund if a publisher application is rejected. This process is handled by our partner and follows banking procedures/timing, so the refund may take up to 10 working days to appear in your credit card balance.
