*Company says they are working on it. They are not, support already said they closed the ticket and are not interested in helping. I contacted the affiliate brand and they have not replied. Zero confidence people are getting paid for conversions*

I placed my own personal order to make sure tracking was working. I didn't get credit. I reached out to support and provided all the info they asked for and they said go ask the brand. I will not work with this terrible company again. We have moved to other affiliates.

Incompetent compliance staff

We run several websites and blogs. An advertiser reached out to us and asked to promote their product by joining their affiliate program on awin.

Signed up to join awin and our application was declined without reason. After asking for a reason they keep copy and pasting the same template email. They have a bunch of incompetent interns working in the compliance team that know NOTHING about digital marketing, causing more damage to their advertisers by rejecting new niche websites and paying large biased aggregators high commissions.

I have dealt with awin many times several years ago and their competence levels has deteriorated way below any standards

Money waisting affiliate network

Money waisting. Started in summer july, all setup costs, all work by team, monthly payments!!! Zero sales there. Most of the affiliates are piece of sh**** dead websites or some price compare services that has no conversions. I dunno, it's even their own websites. If , as a small business you want to loose time and money, this is the right place!!! Usually when you pay for setup, when you pay monthly! you get something. What we get? absolutely nothing, just negative in our account and team members time wasted.

We've been trying to register an…

We've been trying to register an account with AWIN for over three weeks, and today, we attempted to reach out via phone. I tried two relevant options for sales, both of which cut me off automatically. While on hold, the message boasts about how well they serve their customers, which is ironic considering the complete lack of service we've experienced.

We have a number of large clients we were hoping to introduce to AWIN, but with this level of support, it’s clear we’re better off looking at their competition. Very disappointed, and the other 1-star reviews here perfectly capture our experience as well. AWIN has a lot of work to do in terms of basic customer service.

Awful service -paid for essential plan

Awful service -paid for essential plan, didnt make contact in first month, keep invoicing you tho. after I complained and asked for charges to be renewed, their 'expert' had no clue, first day on the job and so i asked to cancel the plan, they have not got back. Do not trust this company

guys i join the service this company i…

guys i join the service this company i have the worth experience ever and soon i am following up with my problem through a legal lawyer in the end of this week. they are using a bad system and bad customer support above of this the clicks i get from asia and i live in EU and my business too. what a kind of scam is this. further i contacted customer support and for sure i got the the most useless answer and now no one cares ( there is no trust at all).

Thought affiliate advertising might boost business - it seems like just a big scam

We are a company that was looking for affiliates to work with and the sales person made the platform seem very attractive. In my opinion this whole platform and the whole affiliate system is more like a scam than a business. I approved some affiliates that looked legit and we got our first sales and I found they came from coupon sites with fake coupon ads to get customers to click so they could get affiliate revenue. I found a huge amount of the affiliates listed weren't vetted properly and should never have been included. We thought this would be a good platform for finding partners but in reality its not a good place for legit brands who care about their brand image. If you want to sell junk and don't care if your product is advertised on scammy coupon sites or fake review sites or sites that steal content from legit sites than AWIN is perfect for you. I did a ton of research and had 4 meetings with the sales person and felt like I vetted this platform really well and in the end I felt like a fool that got scammed.

Terrible Customer Service, No Contact Number...

We have been dealing with AWIN for a number of years, prior to 2 years ago we never had any major issues and always found them helpful. As time has gone on it appears they have outsourced everything and we have had terrible problems with accounts and payments not being matched up to our invoices resulting in a reduction in our stats as this then causes payments to our affiliates to be made late despite our payments being on time.

In addition to this you can never speak to anyone and emails go completely unanswered. There is no telephone number. It almost seems like only bots respond to anything.

This company is no longer fit for purpose and you join the AWIN programs at your own peril.

We have recently received a notification that they are increasing their share of the commissions without any discussion and guess what every email has gone unanswered and we can't call anyone.

Sorry but i think this program dont…

Sorry but i think this program dont follow the correct lines i have connected with commision with 2 % for new and new costumers 3%

My girlfriend and i register on the website i got nothing i make promotions for more than 16 hours

And didnt even make 1 euro cent

But that not the deal! I read the commision status

How can i trust awin if i doing my best i can , follow-up totorials

Follow-up rules lines

Also i think awin need to make for example you have 100 click also make 1 euro or somthing because now i have the feeling that i am promoting and working for free i can better work in the supermarkt!

Worst customer support ever

This was one of the worst experiences with support I've ever had. I wrote them 4 emails in total. Each of those times they didn't even address the issue I talked about and literally copy pasted a generic reply. Their customer support is likely AI or some kind of automated system, as it was clear my email weren't even read.

In my first email, I described my issue in great detail, to which they only replied that they're sorry, and didn't address the issue at all. It was literally a generic email that could be used as a reply to any issue you write about, absolutely nothing specific about my issue in their reply. I should mention that I asked a question in my email, which not only that they didn't answer, but they completely ignored it, not even addressing that I ask them a question.

In my second email, into which I went into even more detail of my problem, they literally wrote "thanks for the message, refer to the previous email" (in which they didn't write anything). Same thing happened with my third and fourth email. Once again, not even a mention of the question I asked them, completely ignored all four times.

In none of the four emails they returned they didn't even mention the issue I was having, or seemed like they read the message. If their support is not already AI, they should definitely replace them with AI, as all they do is paraphrase the same empty, generic reply.

Great partnership with an awesome support.

Working together with Awin the last 7-8 years has been a great experience. Mainly due to the great personal relationship we've build over the years. Awin is a great inspiration hub to get your direct business perfoming better. The management in the platform is great, if you got some training on how to use the different functionalities. I am a fan of doing stuff myself like granting comissions, adding publisher to your programme, but you always have a great partner by your side helping you if you struggle.

Very poor customer service used a third…

Very poor customer service used a third party to purchase a mobile SIM went through all the right channels when I purchased the new SIM came with a £20 gift voucher when you purchase ID SIM did not receive after 90 days so had to get in touch with awin and after there checked the excuse given was I didn't use the link provided when I clearly did as I received an email stating that my email has been registered and if I haven't already made the purchase then to make purchase through this link and even with the reply you get back from awin that email that you suppose to reply back to awin contact support doesn't even exist I tried replying back to it via my email and also did a Google search for it as well.

I have just started from 2 days ago, it gives us good commission but When golden feedback comes, why do they make us deposit money that your wallet has gone into negative when we have been told that on getting golden feedback 10 times commission is given And you get 10 times the commission that you earn from us and then give us the general commission every day. This is not right. It would be better if you follow your own rules.
