It's actually a zero for me. Waited 2 months for hand made journals that are not hand made. I could've bought these at chapters. SMH. Save your money

well i've learned my lesson. would rate 0 stars if i could due to being scammed out of my hard earned money, and finding that the online store has completely and suspiciously changed all it's stock. you guys suck and should be ashamed

I honestly think this company is a complete scam - they steal creators content from TikTok and pretend it's their own. I ordered a journal from them and never received it after two months - no responses from customer service, and they delete all my comments asking where it is from their social media.

Completely awful service. Inquired about where my item was after 6 weeks. Got a vague response. After 3 more weeks I asked for a refund. Was told they’d give me 50 percent. Never received it. Product showed up almost 3 months after order. Came from China not the US a where they say they’re located.

Ordered a gift mid January and still hasn’t arrived (mid may) I’ve emailed numerous times and I’ve also asked for a refund which hasn’t been processed. I won’t order from here again and don’t recommend others to.

if there was a spot for less than zero i would. i ordered this for my boyfriends birthday present and over a month ago and nothing . several emails and just says it’s complete. coming from china and funny how their location says WY. when I call the phone number they rejected my number. not professional and very bad customer service. I will be sending a report in to the BBB also. still no product. never again will I order from a scam company lesson learned.

Awful quality (like, really, it's very cheaply made), 2 months of waiting without being able to locate the package. Had to pay tax customs. OVerall paid 55€ for a 1€ made bottle.
You want to please your companion ? Do it yourself, it'll be cheaper and more beautiful

Do not order from them. It's either a very poorly run company or a scam. I haven't received my package and it's been a month and a half.

Tragic. Reported this company to the BBB because they consistently either lied or told me misleading information. My product was ordered on 1/26 and it still is not even in the united states. No tracking update until 2/14 and then again on 3/3. Customer service continually told me "soon" and contradicted themselves.

Awwful bottles completely terrible I purchased my item February 2nd it's now the end of February still haven't received my item I paid 50$ for. I have wrote numerous emails to the company have even asked for a refund as it was supposed to be a Valentines gift. Asked for refund 5 times finally after the 4th time of asking they finally said NO. Just emailed again asking where my package was never even answered where they were located just said package would arrive soon. Upon checking the item is still in China or just leaving out of China into the U.S. tell me how that will arrive soon. In what planet does this company believe China Is Close To Alabama. OMG this is extremely bad business I ABSOLUTELY 💯 DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOTHING BUT LIE. I even bet it arrives damaged wouldn't doubt it. Found awwbottles on IG and ordered it for my girlfriend for valentine's day. Been over 20 days since I ordered and still hasn't been shipped. I sent them multiple emails and all they say is "7-8 days to get shipped" PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Asked for a refund and told me they already shipped it when I still haven't received any email about it being shipped. TOTAL SCAM!

Ordered over 4 months ago and never got anything.
When I e-mail them I get a fake reply that they'll contact the warehouse but that's it !
Asked for a refund but surprise surprise... not possible !
Wrote a review on instagram to warn other customers but guess what... they just deleted my comment !
So disappointing !

This is a scam of business. Ordered in February to make an event for auspicious. But guess what, hasn't been shipped, nor do they reply on time. And when it gets irritating and you ask for a refund, you are totally ignored., takes almost a month for them them to speak with the warehouse team to get some reply about the status of your order and to the suprise the warehouse team needs more time to see what the order placed was. Utterly ridiculous and disappointed, and I paid for express delivery and this is the result.

Don't bother. I ordered in January and still not even been dispatched. Got fobbed off with emails initially then totally ignored when asking for a refund.
