The wrost transaction ever

The wrost transaction ever, all is automated and bot dont reposnd on messages. I cant complete transaction with them for 96h now

We sincerely apologize for the 96-hour delay and the frustration this has caused.
Our system is designed to release transactions automatically as soon as a payment arrives. However, if a sending bank uses SEPA Standard instead of SEPA Instant, it can lead to unexpected processing delays beyond our control.
We want to fix this for you immediately. Please provide your transaction number so we can manually prioritize your case and ensure everything is finalized.

waiting 3 days for money

i choosed sepa instant and money needs instant to be send he is saying me now u need to wait 3 days
Thats not correct all my trades i got my money instant

Thank you for your feedback Mirlind, we completely understand your frustration. While our system is set up to release funds the second they hit our account, banks occasionally process "Instant" transfers as SEPA Standard due to internal maintenance or secondary compliance checks on their end. When this happens, the delay is unfortunately outside of our control.

Since when is paying a 15-20 service…

Since when is paying a 15-20 service fee on the entire balance before withdrawl reasonable. And any firm that requires that service fee come from an outside source and not the account itself is also a scam. Avoid at all costs.
