Appalling customer service!

Trying to contact their customer services to talk to a person not a chat bot…tried calling endless times after 9am when lines are open to repeatedly get the automatic message saying lines are closed! I need to get a refund, ticket protection I took out have refused and directed me back to where I purchased my ticket. Impossible to get hold of anyone. Appalling service. Tried to put a review on their social media platform but, surprise surprise, that page is not available. Very very disappointed with this so-called customer service.

Should have checked these reviews before using this company. Purchased tickets for the hot wheels monster trucks live event, as well as for the pre show. No issues with the tickets on the app, but they have sent me tickets for 2 different days. Tried calling, line doesn't work. Left a ticket on the website, no response. Terrible site will not use again

Had to go through credit card company for refund

Purchased tickets here, got confirmation in my email, 2 days later show was postponed and was rescheduled 10 months out. No problem, just give me a refund and I'll be on my merry way. Nope, it was impossible to log into my AXS account and apply for a refund because the tickets I bought weren't showing up in my account. Contact info is non existent on the AXS website so I had to call the credit card company to help me fight these thieves for a refund.

Got presale artist access and left empty handed

Got presale artist access. Chose the general admission tickets IN BLUE showing that they were available. Had them in my cart and when I went to checkout, ERROR no tickets are available. So, I back out, refresh, re enter my artist presale code and there is still seated and general admission in blue. I add two tickets no problem. I click checkout and error, no tickets available. I did this on my phone and on my laptop. I did this for roughly 30 minutes until finally I got, sorry tickets are no longer available. I contacted costumer service who told me that my server or VPN was blocked and that they'd have to unblock it for me to not get the error and actually be able to purchase a ticket. Or I'd had to go on my phone, turn off VPN and WIFI settings and perhaps it would go through then.

You have to pick your own seats for an arena gig. Of course, every time you do this you get "these seats are not available anymore". Then after a few attempts you get accused of being a bot and blocked from the site. Ridiculous.

Same old problem

Wanted to get tickets for Teddy Swims at Utilita Birmingham via the AXS site and app. Same message unable to accept payment method. Tried multiple times on laptop and App. Reset Cookies, Restarted all devices, waited over an hour to try again. Reset permissions. Used different cards. Still no joy. Unable to speak or contact an actual human and FAQ no use whatsoever. Finally bought tickets, albeit not the ones I wanted via Ticketmaster in 1 minute flat. So 4 hours of my life I am never getting back. This seems to be a recurring problem not just for me but many others. Get your act together AXS as you are loosing sales!

Can't access tickets on mobile site. Show is tomorrow and support couldn’t resolve the issue. Why is their no alternative to digital tickets as a failsafe? Also how can they have 1 star here but 4 on Google play and the Apple store? Do not trust anything about this company and wish I'd never spent money with them.

It's so difficult to navigate

It's so difficult to navigate, so complex to start with, only uses apps, many people don't have phones that allow apps to be downloaded. The ai chat borders on stupidity. In fact it's rubbish.
To transfer tickets first you have to provide email address and names then the person as to load the app etc etc.

Awful

I dont know why, but you cant buy tickets if you are not in EU. You see the message "you are bot".
1) I had to use VPN server in Netherlands to buy ticket.
2) I couldnt pay with my mastercard or visa. I had to use Paypal to buy. So I paid extra fees.
So I spent 1 hour to get my ticket.

Awful service.

AXS is a Fraudulent Company.They do not deliver resale tickets. They will not care about you!

I bought resale tickets for a golf tournament. AXS never emailed my tickets. I arrived at the event - no tickets in my account and no one to call because they don’t open until noon on Saturday.
Finally got a chat started with them 3 days later and they will not refund because it was last the event.
They said there are no refunds and there are no supervisors or anyone to speak with on the phone.
This is a fraudulent company- they do not deliver and they do not care. Please please do not waste your money, this company will not deliver.

Nearly a year later and I still…

Nearly a year later and I still haven’t been paid my money.
I have questioned this with AXS and just receive emails saying I should speak with PayPal!
Something to do with PayPal. PayPal aren’t interested and say it’s AXS problem.
This has been going on for a year now and I still have never received refund!
And reading TrustPilot and other sites it seems I maybe one of hundreds, if not thousands who are having the same problem, right now, of not being paid by AXS. Seems like a scam and stitch up, call it what you like.
Customer Service seems non existent too get passed on.

What can I do next?

Bought tickets for Fab Four at Moody…

Bought tickets for Fab Four at Moody Theater, not realizing Moody Theater and Moody Center were in 2 different venues miles apart. Location address was NOT prominently displayed. Went to Moody Center. It was dark and I fell and broke my thumb, busted both knees. Called to ask for refund as we would not be able to attend and basically were laughed at and read to from a script regarding no refunds. I asked to escalate to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back. Received an email simply saying request was denied. They REALLY don’t care!!

Bad really bad
Booked tickets for Elo for Hyde park in July . They have taken all but one payment off the same card with no issues. I have one remaining can’t speak to anyone and every time I attempt to make payment it’s keeps saying failed I’ve tried three different cards which states the same thing
Now I’ve had a shitty email off them saying I’ve got until the 11th to pay the remaining balance which I’ve tried to and will receive no refund .got these tickets for my elderly dad as this is Elos last gig
Bad service shame can only speak to a generic chat robot .emails say the same thing of change payment details

I’ve had no problems with paying with my card and to also this to me right at the end is sad and disappointing

1 star is too kind…

1 star is too kind…

Booked tickets as a group of 5 for Disney on ice, they randomly moved our seats 4/5 weeks before the show but left 1 seat on the other side of the arena.

We ended up with one of our kids sat on our knee for the whole show, tried to get money back for the wasted seat but they have repeatedly refused and won’t accept any blame.
