PLEASE do not order from AYBL!!

PLEASE do not order from AYBL!!! they sent me leggings that were defected ( they were EXTREMELY short ) I have leggings from previous purhase with normal lenght ( i even sent them photo) I wanted to return it free, but they make me pay from return even tho its faulty item. Client services are just replying with template answers and no actual help is offered! the most horrendous customer service i have EVER came across!!! 🤢🤢

Poor quality and poor customer service

Bought the empower leggings alongside a few other items. The leggings ripped at the seam on my first wear and a replacement was issued. The replacement pair were worn for the first time and again, pulled at the seam and a hole appeared. The material is not fit for purpose. I wrote to them again explaining the issue I had, I was told that I was over the 30 days from my first purchase and my subsequent emails have since been ignored. Not good customer service and poor quality.

AYBL poor quality

AYBL has beautiful items, and the delivery is decent as well. The issue is the quality of their items; I have now had two items that have ripped at weak points in the seams (different products). The items were not small or difficult to get on, they just ripped. Although customer service is responsive, they don’t seem to care that their products don’t last (even a few months) - I suppose why would they when they are such a big brand. I encourage anyone who has experienced this to ensure they report all their issues to raise awareness so they improve their products or change their policy so offer longer money back if their products break.

Christmas present never delivered. Weeks of chasing. Refund only after two formal complaints.

I placed an order with AYBL on 30 November 2025 as a Christmas present. Delivery was advertised as 2–3 days via Evri.

The order never arrived.

By 17 December it was already well over two weeks late. Evri tracking sat on “Expecting it” with no movement, suggesting the parcel had either never been handed over or was lost in transit.

I contacted AYBL multiple times and received no response.

On 19 December, AYBL support finally confirmed the parcel was likely lost and offered either a replacement or refund. I confirmed my address the same day and requested a replacement.

Nothing was ever sent.

No replacement. No delivery. No updates. No replies to further emails.

By 10 January 2026 the order was now over a month late and still undelivered, forcing me to submit a formal complaint.

Only after submitting two formal complaints did AYBL finally process a refund.

This was meant to be a Christmas present. Instead it turned into weeks of chasing, zero customer service, and a completely ruined gift.

For a brand that positions itself as premium, this experience was anything but.

If you’re ordering from AYBL for a present, think twice. If something goes wrong, you may be left chasing them for weeks.

Terrible company, avoid !!

Ordered items for Christmas presents on 16 Nov. Unlike some people they did arrive by early December. Obviously not tried on before Xmas day. I have tried to contact AYBL customer service a number of times, but they can’t even acknowledge this. They have an extended 30 day refund policy for items purchased from 02 Dec so outside of this, although I doubt anything ordered in December would have arrived before Xmas! They don’t offer exchanges, £149 down the drain!! Do not order from this company!!!

I place my order with AYBL back on the 14th of November. It is now the 30th of December and I have received no clothes, have not been offered any compensation and have not been able to get a refund…

The tracking showed it was stuck with Evri for weeks before ‘being returned to sender’. I contacted AYBL repeatedly through emails, their online chat and instagram for updates but received nothing meaningful. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with.

I feel as if they’ve scammed me and are now doing everything they can to ignore me and keep m money without sending me any clothes.

Lost parcel cannot communicate with Aybl

Ordered some bits for a Christmas present which Evri have lost. I have tried to contact Aybl multiple ways with no contact for over a week.
I can’t reorder as I purchased in the Black Friday sale and now the products have gone back up in price and I can’t get a refund to be able to free money up to buy elsewhere ! Absolutely shocking and I wish I read the reviews first! This seems they only way to state my frustration and try and make a complaint

Please do not ever use this company

Please do not ever use this company! I have two faulty items! You cannot return without speaking to someone, however you can’t speak to anyone because just a chat bot! I’ve sent three emails over the space of two weeks and had no reply! Having looked at other reviews I am not the only person that has suffered with this awful customer service!

Even 1 star is a compliment

Even 1 star is a compliment. Ordered from this company 10 days ago - payment was taken and received a confirmation email (delivery stated 2-3 working days). I have tried all methods of contact to get hold of this company with no response and have not had a single update on the whereabouts of my order.. when I try to track it it just says 'confirmed' and nothing else!!!! Absolutely dreadful company. This was meant to be a christmas present and the fact they can't respond to their customers is so so poor.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Ordered on Black Friday and still no delivery. Cannot contact them and will not reply to chatbot queries. Its saying my delivery is in the UK since 2nd Dec!! It won't be here for xmas. I'll be returning it once it comes as it was an xmas present. Never again, lesson learnt!! im so cross

I am looking to report the company to trading standards, would anyone else with outstanding refunds be happy to assist with building a case?! This company is absolutely a scam, I think they believe people will not chase them up or make them accountable.

AYBL has the most horrible customer…

AYBL has the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced.
First of all I ordered two items on May 26. The order was confirmed. On May 27 they cancelled one item based on too many orders accepted and the item being out of stock. The same day they informed me the other item was on its way.
Two weeks passed with no news so I went to check the tracking shared and was very surprised to see that the delivery company, Evri, without any explanation whatsoever, returned the item to the sender.
The only way to contact AYBL is by chat, so I did. Every time you use the chat you need to restart the conversation again with all the information you have already provided.
No specific details were provided regarding the explanation of the item being returned to sender by Evri. On June 10, "Rebecca" asked whether I want the item to be resent or my money back. On June 11, I confirm I want the item to be resent and "Sarah" responds they cannot send the item back because they are out of stock and asks whether I am interested in a different product.
I respond in a very unhappy way using the word "shitshow" and I get a warning back stating they do not tolerate abuse towards the support team and if I continue using foul language I will be banned from using their support channels. So be it!
All I want now is my money back, they refer to a support channel that is completely non existent. I am juts hoping they will send the money back to an unhappy and no longer faithful customer.

Unreliable and poor customer service

Just a bad company with poor customer service and an inability to correctly process refunds. The original refund I received was £40 short, this took ages for them to resolve and there was no apology or explanation of the error which in my opinion is not good enough.

Awful awful awful, been waiting 7 weeks for an order and the chatbot keeps telling me to be patient and that it will be sent within 3 days, I have been told this every 2 weeks for 7 weeks. Have requested refunds and cancellations that they have ignored everytime
