Hi, I am sorry that you have not received your order yet. Orders are shipped next day and usually reach the USA in two to three weeks time. There have been few cases where orders took up to five weeks as the parcel was stuck in customs. I would really like to hear your experience and hope you get your order soon. And I am sorry it seems late but unfortunately once it's posted it's up to the mail service and all the delays inherent to the system. The Jewellery is beautiful larger pieces not too heavy to wear.
The colours live up to the photograph would definitely recommend

Beautiful product. Although I think the hinge could be better. Like a proper hinge as it keeps falling off. But in general it's beautiful product and it came beautifuly packed in nice paper and a pouch in a box. It arrived on time. I just love my bangle .... Oh and excellent prices too
