We have been using Amying for about 3 years and cannot fault the team or the work. As others halve already stated it’s not onerous to work with this team, who are incredibly professional and have adapted very well to giving us support in a covid world.
We had almost given up on doing an R and D claim when we met the team at a conference, and since then we have not looked back. We reinvest our monies from R and D into new products, so without their support we would have developed much more slowly.

Ayming took time out at the outset to fully explain the process and the potential benefits of R&D tax credits to the team here, which resulted in their buy in from the start.

Having been through a few challenging R&D claims with another provider working with the Ayming team was a breath of fresh air. I was sold on the sector experience and support offered by Ayming but I wasn’t expecting the attention to detail and level of understanding the team had on our industry. The team interviewed us and wrote the claim in an incredibly short amount of time with minimal involvement from us, this is the polar opposite to our previous experience where we were left to interpret the rules and fend for ourselves.

Having someone who could talk to our team and write a response that was equal to that of something written by one of our most experienced technical member of staff was incredible, communication was useful and consistent and the whole thing was completed in a way that was actually really enjoyable.
