Amazing service. The only thing that's better than their service is their customer service. The attention to their customer comments is very impressive and they always follow up 7 days after to make sure that action has been taken from my feedback.

When I have ran into issues, Daniel or one of the agents would get back to me within a few hours. They were nice over emails. The Ayoumas app is working much better these days. Less buffering comparing to the past year!

There service has been very reliable and when you contact them they will reply to you usually the same day!

By far the best IPTV service I've subscribed to. Sure, there have been hiccups along the way but that is to be expected for an IPTV service. It works 98.7% of the time. Paired with Tivimate, Ayouma is a beast! Communication has been swift and problems resolved speedily. There is a fierce competition for our viewing dollars and cable and streaming services although work almost flawlessly, have become more and more expensive with less and less content. Curb your expectations for any IPTV service but I've been happy so far 1 year into the service.

Variety of programs and up time. Does get some buffering but not as much as others. Great customer service and one of the best values for the money. And the referral program is top notch.

Fantastic service,great quality and great prices

I have had this service for two years now and it's been rock solid. I haven't had any issues and has made me love my tv again without thr sky high bills.

It's been good I love the fact that if there's a problem with the service I can reach out to them and they are quick to respond, but for the most part my issues have been minimal and don't see myself trying any other service.

Service shut down about 2 months in and never really worked that well anyway. I tried using vpn and no change. We are hardwired for the internet with over 1 g fiber

I paid for 30 months of their iptv which I thought was the same as the one I have been using. But I was
Scammed on my original iptv with an imposter, so they couldn't add the time to my original iptv. However they were awesome and gave me an extra 12 months above the 30 months I paid for. And I appreciate that. Also Lucy I think her name was helped me set up my new service. So far have been happy with it. Their customer service has been incredible and would reccomend their iptv if your looking for an.iptv service.

Constant buffering, customer service is the worst, Have requested a refund for 2 months. All I get is “we are working on it.”

I have had this service for many years now. It's been an excellent service. With minimal issues. Any issues have been resolved in a timely manner

Best bang for the buck

The worst costumer service ever. It just keeps buffering and not working properly since day one, for any content. Please, do a favour to yourself and go find something else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY

Subscribed to a monthly subscription to see if the service actually worked. First problem, I had to download the crystal app because the Ayoumas player kept returning to the home screen when I tried to play a channel. Now, not twenty-four hours later, my IPTV service on the crystal app continues to buffer and freeze like every two minutes. I've made several attempts to contact customer support and they've done nothing to fix the issue. All customer support says is "send us your username, mac address and device code". They said they were going to fix the problem and still haven't. As of right now, Ayoumas IPTV is unwatchable. Very disappointed in the service so far and I've only had it for about twenty-four hours. I'll write a better review if the team at Ayoumas actually fixes the problem with I don't expect them to. As of right now, I'm not recommending Ayoumas IPTV to anyone.

Don't bother with this IPTV service no integrity worse service that there is

I've been having Buffering and freezing issues for 2 days now, it's Superbowl Sunday and This Daniel Alex character can't be located. He doesn't answer his email or Whatsapp. Absolutely horrible customer service. Read this before you sign up.

Was working for the most part, now down after 3 days of payment. Sent emails without an answer back.
