Aypex Recovery is a mobile sports massage service for men across Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. I come to you – at home, at the gym, or pitchside at your club – so you get expert recovery without the travel or the waiting room. Please note: I work with male clients only. Sessions are built around how you train and what's feeling tight. Treatments include sports massage, deep tissue, dry cupping, IASTM and pre/post-event massage, with 30 and 60-minute options. Travel is included across Bucks and Herts. Whether you're a runner, a gym-goer, a club player or just carrying too much tension from the desk, the aim is simple: help you recover faster, move better and keep doing what you love. Performance, not pampering. Recovery, brought to you.

Really amazing sports massage, a really respectable individual he is. We had a nice conversation while getting treatment. With the treatment feeling amazing, could tell Lewis was experienced in this field. He will now be my regular sports massage therapist and I highly recommend his services to each and everyone that sees this!!

Always here to help, I look forward to our next session!
Great service. Messaged Lewis a couple days before and we sorted a day out to which he was able to come round. The massage was absolutely fantastic, I felt relaxed at ease the entire time and after felt re-energised and loose. 10/10 would definitely recommend
