Sold damaged goods, with no customer service
If you check the “company” website the company number doesn’t exist in companies house, the phone number doesn’t receive calls the WhatsApp doesn’t receive messages and the instagram page looks like a drug dealer selling dodgy gear out of the back of his car, shocked that apps like Lyst use him

I ordered a LV hoodie and a LV T-shirt, both arrived on time brand new with tags. I was really pleased with my order as it came well packaged and super fast delivery as usual. I have been shopping with these guys for a little while now and they always go abound and beyond with the customer service!

I have checked this name on our system, you placed an order on the 8th August 2022 (nearly 1 year ago) and it was for £730 not £800 . We have a full email conversation with you which we kept for our records as you was very cheeky to wear the item and tried to return the item back to us with tags ripped off also item smelling like body odour (when it is clearly written on our return policy we do not accept items that has been used and not sent back in its original condition) which was unacceptable and the reason given from you was it was to big for you and then you tired to change the reason when we discovered you used the item. In the condition you sent the item back to ourself I would not be surprised if stockx sent the item back to you as stockx does not accept used item also with tags ripped off (extremely strict rules with stockx).
