Rubbish ! 2 months since ordering and paying endless dates given for expected delivery present one given if happens 3 months from ordering I will be claiming refund !

Why dont you mention when ppl order that the product takes 1-3 months for delivery?

I bought a scarf for 20 dollars (with shipping) they said it would arrive at 7 of february. It's 10th of march as im writing this and STILL NO SCARF

Horrendous. They keep sending automatically generated emails apologising for the delay in shipping, saying it's going to be another few weeks. Then the email comes again. And, get this, they keep offering discount codes to purchase more from them! What a joke and a bunch of crooks. Thanks God it was only a £13 item. STAY AWAY

Stay away from this company.
They don't even meet the lowest of low standards.
One notification email after 4 or 5 weeks after ordering: "Seller is preparing your order and will ship soon" (whenever this will be - after another 4-8 weeks - if ever?).
Needless to say that nothing happened after that (writing this after two more weeks).

They just steal your time - and maybe even your money.

Not worthy of one star. I ordered a silver ladies box chain. It was nothing like the photo on the website. On the site it was chunky and cost me £43. When it arrived it was as thin as a needle!!! NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTO!! Wasn’t worth 5 quid!! Total rip off!! I did get a refund by donating it to a charity and showing them a photo of it being handed over. Just goes to show what it’s worth really was when they are happy for you to give it to charity. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

They send u things very late if at all. And u can complain only after waiting almost half a year if it does not arrive. And the window to complain is 2 weeks, if u miss it, u not get a refund. Never again

Poor customer service, no reply for my complain, there is no information about delivery and refund available only in 86 days !!!!

Well, all I have recieved from them is that they are packing the wind chimes. No delivery date or posted date. I am not hopeful to be honest. One star do far!!!! Come on, get a move on will you!

I ordered what I thought was a pair of replacement earphone covers. Only one cover has arrived. The email confirming the order asks me to visit their site to confirm order received- but I have to put on my email address and accept cookies. I'm not doing that as I now don't trust the site.

I bought a spare part for my computer, it was exactly what I ordered and I received it in 10 days in Greece.
Additionally, you have the ability to track your package until you receive it.

Scam company that changes its name periodically (was coolbe previously)

Ordered shockproof phone case. Item not as advertised. Cheap and flimsy. They won't reply to me,message keeps saying they are busy. Terrible service . Be warned cheap products, no customer service. Would never use again.

Oh my god , if I could leave a 0 star review is the only review they are worthy

I ordered a pair of ear pads for my gaming head set , I got email confirmation and tracking number and it seemed like working ok .
When I got my order there was only one ear pad in the box , I did contact them and indeed they answered me but when the solution was in table they did not reply again .

To be honest the product was ok and good quality but it was one piece and it should be a pair !

I’m so disappointed not for the mistake but for the no reply when the solution was in table

I can understand the mistake , everyone can do a mistake !!!
