Rude people with the worst customer service.
My partner and I ordered a few items, they had a long delay for delivery when the items finally arrived they were broken. They wouldn't give us a replacement nor a refund, all in all, it was very unprofessional customer service. Do not shop here as if you have issues, it'll cost you money.
Think Twice before Purchasing at AZ Boutique
Terrible service by AZ Boutique.
We ordered x6 2L Le Parfait jars on 15th May. They arrived damaged due to the insufficient packaging. They were wrapped together loosely with x1 layer of bubble wrap. We had x1 jar that was completely smashed and the rest are damaged and scratched. Not great considering we bought them for preserving and to withstand high temperature. After sharing our photos with them. They explained that jars sometimes come with scratches and have refused to send us a replacement set or refund our money without causing further inconvenience.
They have asked us to return the set, given we’re in lockdown this is an inconvenient option to retrieve our money back and means we will have to purchase packaging materials. As we used the original packaging to dispose of the broken glass. We’re now left with x5 damaged jars and no replacement for the smashed jar. It is nearly a month since ordering. The service has been rude throughout. I would recommend to go direct.

Never received item
I purchased an item through the AZ Boutique website on Nov 19 and received a confirmation email stating the item would be delivered by Nov 26. It's now 5 weeks later and still no delivery. I contacted customer service and received several emails (in English) stating they don't know what happened to my order but are investigating it. I'll give them credit for responding in a timely and professional manner but the bottom line is they didn't deliver and have left me waiting for weeks for an item worth about $100. They want to blame the shipping companies. Sorry, not my problem. I'm in the US and have made many online purchases from companies based in the England, Ireland, Germany, Spain, and Italy without any problems even when I needed to make returns (bikeinn.com is awesome!). But AZ Boutique is not a company I can recommend or will do business with again.
