Update: finally I received my package, though it was a bit late. I was pretty upset initially.But the employee for AZA went out of her way and made sure that FedEx deliver my package on time. I was truly impressed with the quality of her customer service. Thanks Bhageshri ! I am now changing my review from 1 star to 5 star for your outstanding customer service.

I bought a kurta from AZA for an event and they have promised me of early delivery. It's very disappointing that my order has not arrived yet, but the event is over and I had to buy something else for that event. Still they are unsure about my delivery.

I had some concerns needed to be addressed and Nidhi took care of most of them. Nidhi was patient and very professional. However a picture of the back of the dress was missing. So far, Iam satisfied, I’ll reserved my final judgement until I see the finished product.

I had earlier given a 5 star but after buying it, I experienced that the fit is not good and tried calling multiple times but no one has answered my calls. The after service is really bad and thus I take back the 5 stars I earlier gave for prompt support when the order had to be placed.

Twinkle made everything simple quick and efficient. She was able to make the changes I needed to my outfit and was able to communicate effectively with the original designers as I wanted a duppata added. So far so good! She also has listened to my request of asking if the outfit can be dispatched asap.
10/10 service so far!
