Great Popup

It's a great news that finally I cound have a chance to see these dresses. It's so much better Azazie offered spaces to try on dresses. It did help me to make the decision from a collection of dresses which lay in my cart for a while.

This was my first time with Azazie and I definitely loved it because even though I was unsure how the try on at home return policy was they definitely helped me and walk me through it, having a wedding sometimes it’s very stressful and they definitely made sure I was taking care of

Incorrect order made

I ordered two dresses made to measure.
One dress is perfect, the other AZAZI Rinna is not the size I ordered at all. I sent several emails explaining this issue and gave photo evidence to show I'd accurately measured the bridesmaid and dress, but no response from AZAZI, no credit refund or anything. This is awful customer service, I would not recommend them in future

Refusing to refund

Bought two dresses and paid for rush shipping for a guaranteed delivery date. I am now two weeks past the guaranteed delivery date and the dresses haven't even left production yet. Chatted in twice to request a refund and both times the agent dodged me and said someone would follow up. No follow ups and no refund as of now.

Wedding Dress Purchase

Great experience! I ordered 3 try-on dresses and return was very smooth. I ended up purchasing one, shipping was prompt and I got my dress about 6 weeks later (I expect nothing sooner for a wedding dress). During one of my try-ons at home with my purchased dress, the removable strap broke in a very minor way. I emailed support for them to hopefully provide me with a new strap, and instead they kindly offered to refund me 50% of the dress! That will cover more than the cost of alterations for the strap and they offered the refund with no pushback or hesitation. I’ve purchased guest and bridesmaid dresses for other events here and have always been happy with the results!

I have given this company 5 stars as customer service is outstanding

I have given this company 5 stars as although we missed an opportunity of ordering the correct number of dresses for our wedding and then finding out the dress was discontinued some month later. the customer service was outstanding trying to help us to source alternatives. Unfortunately as most women out there will understand, you gotta have coordination in your bridesmaids so we were unable to finalise the dress, but the customer service as mentioned was professional and outstanding, so well done to the company for trying to assist us.

I love the dresses I bought for my bridesmaids they are amazing and they have pockets just wish I bought them 2 dresses one for the main wedding and one for the reception.

Honestly such a bad experience

Honestly such a bad experience. I ordered a few dresses to try on on their sale, when they were delivered I had 2 incorrect sizes. I complained and was told they were not incorrect and were the US sizes. I can assure you, a US 18/20 does not look like. UK size 12.

On top of that when I complained and asked to return all the dresses I was informed none of them were eligible for return (even though it states a 15 day return policy) because they were sale items! Awful company, will never use again.

Scottish brides experience

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from Azazie late January and then came on here to check reviews which left me feeling quite worried. So I feel the need to leave a review to share my positive experience! I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from azazie and paid for the faster delivery (can’t remember how much this was - maybe £5 or something?) and they arrived ahead of schedule. They are absolutely GORGEOUS! I got the dusty rose in the chiffon material and I would say they are really accurate to the swatches azazie sent me a few months back. The dresses themselves are really well made. They do come up pretty small so I would say to go off measurements instead of normal UK sizing. I had to return some of my dresses and the process was really easy. Money was in my account within 7 days of posting the return. All in all I’m really impressed - don’t be deterred by the bad reviews cause so far my experience has been brilliant!

Customer Support Ronna and supervisor Melody are a joke

Has had a great experience with Azazie up until now. Needed some garments ready for the wedding coming up next month. Had the orders made in January (a month ago) and confirmed by one of their customer supports - Ronna. She was extremely terrible at communication and needed constant reminders to double check sizing. Told us TODAY that they were out of stock when I am weeks away from the wedding, this is AFTER things were confirmed too. Azazie, please hire people more professional, who can read/respond to emails properly and preferably not idiots (I assume you actually interview them). If you find yourself dealing with Ronna, immediately ask for someone more competent, literally anyone would do.

Judging from the other reviews on this site, you can clearly see they drop the ball all the time when it comes to transparency with delivery time and communication (ex. making up stories as to why orders are cancelled, refunds, etc) and lack of accountability.

Update: their supervisor, Melody has stated that she has read the entire conversation/email thread thoroughly, but then stating back completely WRONG information and still figuring out if we want a refund which we have stated multiple times, YES WE WANT A REFUND AND CANCELLATION, in at least 5 email replies. These people have no idea what they are doing and how they are even in customer support and supervising one another is astonishing.

Azazie Customer Service

My daughter suggested this Company as her friends had used it. I placed my order as did my best friend. Her dresses arrived and they are just lovely and great quality. I have been dealing with Cassy in customer service due to a couple of queries and she has been amazing! Prompt and friendly replies, which is refreshing! My dress
and accessories are not due for delivery however I have every confidence in Azazie 😊

Really happy with the purchase but

Try-on program is a scam

They billed me for over $500 worth of try-on dresses that I did return. They emailed me with a warning saying they had no record the return had been shipped so I provided the requested information (date of shipment and tracking info). Then I received a charge today with a nasty email about how I didn’t return the dresses. I checked the tracking info and the package had been delivered to them already. Now I can’t get in touch with anyone from the company and will need to dispute with my credit card company. Unfortunately I also already ordered actual dresses so we’ll see if those even arrive in a month
