Ordered something two weeks ago for an event and it still hasn’t reached me. I even waited the full ten days they mention for Black Friday delays, even though I ordered well before then, and still nothing. I’ve now had three events come and go where I could have worn the dress.

The whole thing feels like a scam. There’s no way to contact them, their DMs “aren’t monitored”, and they’re ignoring my emails entirely. At this point I’m requesting a chargeback through my bank.

Save yourself the stress. Avoid this girl’s company. I won’t support a small business again.

Ordered via her tik tok boutique. Responses were swift until I’d made payment.
That led me to check the instagram ,once I saw the comments had been turned off on all posts i knew I’d been SCAMMED.

Sent multiple messages and no response.
The person behind this scam is ‘Rukiyah Nathifah Emanuel’. ‘Rukiyah Nathifah’ on Facebook. After investigating realised we actually do know a lot of the same people so managed to find a home address for her so will be knocking to detrieve my items….the business address is 483 Green Lanes, London, England, N13 4BS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are absolute scammers.
I ordered a dress and it arrived with a massive hole in it. I emailed asking for an exchange and didn’t get a response for weeks so I commented under an insta post asking if they can get back to me as I haven’t heard anything for my comment to be deleted. I also insta dm’d them and got no response. They then responded to me email almost a month later saying they check everything before it goes out so I can not get a refund when I never requested a refund in the first place. I then commented under their instagram posts saying do not purchase from them and they blocked me.

I should have read the reviews before but was sent the wrong product and have tried to email them to send this back and have had no response. Don’t order from here.

Also the quality of the clothes is shocking and have an odd smell to them

I have emailed them, went to their Facebook page, commented on their instagram posts, & instagram DM’d them, but still have yet to receive a reply. I accidentally typed in my wrong address when placing an order so I just have non stop been trying to reach out—no responses. No matter what platform I go on, they will not respond. It’s so unfortunate because they even send a confirmation email saying they will get back to you within 72 hours, nope it’s been 5 days.

They are stealing content from Aries Angels Official. I have spoken to Aries Angels and they have said that Azel have blocked them🤣do not order from here lmao

Placed an order for three dresses only to receive 2 dresses.Contacted them and they said the dress was on pre order which was never mentioned on their website or on the order .I was told my order was going to be shipped on Monday but the order wasn’t sent to me .Poor quality and poor service do not buy and do not believe everything you see on Instagram

Please please make sure you read reviews before shopping from these Instagram shops.
It was only when I raised a dispute with PayPal they sent my items but I was on holiday when they delivered. When I arrived I allowed for the items to be sent back to them and they are refusing to give a refund or respond to my emails.
£106 just down the drain
I'm very very upset and hurt that companies like this are out here robbing people and people still shop from them.

Do not order from here. It is a fraud website they just don’t send your items and take your money, I’ve sent loads of emails and messaged them on instagram and they ignored me then blocked me as I wrote in the comments not to buy from here. Disgusting company duno how they are still allowed to be open.

They basically just steal your money and they dont realize their bad business practices will catch up to them. I never got my package or my refund. Horrible horrible company. A group of us should take them to court.

I recently purchased an orange dress with high hopes, but unfortunately, the product I received was far from what was described. Instead of the expected shade of orange, it turned out to be a glaring neon orange, which was a significant color mismatch.

To make matters worse, the quality of the garment was subpar. The material felt thin and flimsy, reminiscent of fast fashion items. It lacked the durability and attention to detail that I typically associate with a well-made dress. It was disheartening to see that the product seemed hastily produced, as if it hadn't undergone the necessary care and processing before reaching the customers.

Seeking a resolution, I contacted the seller to request either a refund or store credit. Regrettably, they outright refused, leaving me even more frustrated. It felt like they were disregarding my concerns and the fact that the dress did not meet the description provided. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to address the issue only added to my disappointment.

Considering the poor quality and the misleading color, I find it hard to justify the price I paid for the dress. It certainly did not live up to its cost, and I felt like I had purchased a factory-made item without the proper attention to detail.

It’s impossible to reach them. I ordered an item. Their tracking system says it’s shipped but I haven’t received it. I’ve been waiting on a response to my messages to them for days and weeks now. Wondering if I got scammed .

Awful quality, nothing like the photos. Not worth the money and now I'm stuck with it as they don't do returns. I can see why though, they wouldn't make any money with all the returns they would get.

Absolutely awful, I shouldn’t have ignored the negative comments before ordering! Don’t purchase from shops who don’t offer refund , I’m still waiting for my exchange, the dress they sent to me was cheap material, smelling and not fitting! They said I could choose for an exchange spent another 5£ on delivering with first class the dress no response.
Do not purchase from them is waist of time and money!

UPDATE! I have received the dress on the ending of May when I returned it ending of March. Took me almost 2 months! Quality wasn’t worth the price but can’t drain my self over a scamming shop.
Had to report them to my insurance and Shopify. If you want help email me and will able to show you the receipts and email sent so can raise more complaints and maybe close this rude and awful shop x

Don’t buy!!!!! Fraud

This brand is a fraud. I paid for a maxi white dress and it was totally see through and hardly reach mid calf. I contacted them for a refund and till date there is not response.

Terrible brand I hate to slander small businesses but I paid nearly £60 for the maxi drape orange dress, it took nearly a month to arrive and it is neon orange nothing like the images and it is not maxi it just about reaches mid calf. As well the quality is terrible it’s soo see through and the finish is awful I’ve had better dresses off shein! They also didn’t pay enough postage to send it to me so I was charged another £3.50 on top of my order to get this delivered. Overall terrible experience and now trying to get someone to reply is taking forever when I should be entitled to a refund due to false advertising however I doubt they will honour this. Again I want small businesses to do well and I will be happy to remove my reviews if they will co operate with me and fix their problem with the order, so please get in contact asap.
