Good but expensive!

Honestly, Azimo is super easy to use and fast but the problem is the high cost. Not only very high exchange rates but also high fees most of the times.

This is one of the worst services I…

This is one of the worst services I have used.
I was asked to verify my identification after I had pAid money into the account A British passport and UK driving license are not good enough apparently.
A utility bill may be acceptable but I am still waiting for an answer from Azimo. All I wanted to do was transfer some money to my sister in law, it wasn’t even a large amount.

The customer service is really unhelful

I sent money on 3th of August and today 11th of August the money is not arrive yet I tried to in touch with the customer service but it is really unhelful I need the money to pay my morgate.
PD: Apparently the process take 24hrs or 48hrs but NOT 8 DAYS and also when I ask them to refund my money back they said that it would be happen in 5 working days!!!!! Seriously this is an ABSOLUTE A JOKE!!! Basically I wasted my time and my money

Terrible experience and customer…

Terrible experience and customer service. I thought i'd give these guys a try but really wish i hadn't. Opened the APP Monday morning, processed the payment and only then was i asked for verification. Its now Thursday and i'm now being asked if me or my family have ever worked in politics!?. WQHHUE is my ref. I will be complaining to the regulator etc if funds are not received today. So disappointing

Terrible service

Terrible service. Takes forever for transfers to go through, and only after a huge amount of time and effort (costing around $250 per transaction) to push the azimo team along. Slow, expensive, unreliable - avoid.

Every time i give them a chance to try…

Every time i give them a chance to try again and every time they disappoint. The 30 minutes transfer has turned into 16 hours and counting. This happens all the time yes i agree they’re making money while withholding your transfer
