First time…not the last!
First time using Aziz Textiles website…the ordering online, the variety of products at great prices were great. Even the delivery at £5.99 was agreeable…delivery expected within 3 to 5 days.
After 10 days I had to email to query where my order was, only to find that their delivery company had made a mistake, they had held the parcel at their delivery centre. After going to collect it I was charged an extra £7.00…very disappointing!
When I reported this to the company they looked into the matter, they were helpful, realised the problem and refunded my £7.00.
This could have been a one star review…so pleased it was solved…5 stars it is!

Amazing customer service and beautiful suits
Made an order online and I am so so happy with the suits. The customer service is ace and could not recommend Aziz textiles enough. I was having trouble with shipping address and I spoke to someone called Waheed who sorted the problem so swiftly. If you get the chance, I’d definitely recommend getting your suits from here. The 100% viscose fabrics that I ordered were very nice and the colour was exactly how it looked on the website. It also got delivered so fast. I really liked it and hope they add more fabrics especially viscose to the website.
