GREAT PRODUCT!

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews about AZ Jersey. But I have to tell you my experience was GREAT!

I think a lot of people are used to next day delivery. That's not going to be the case here. The jersey's are made in China. (As are most of the clothes we wear today.)

When you order these jerseys the company will give you a date of completion and an expected delivery date. You will also get a tracking number and a site to use to follow your package.

I worried the quality wouldn't be what I expected and that it would take forever to arrive. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised!

The items I received are exactly as they appeared on the site. I ordered custom items that had to be made to order, and still they arrived on time and great quality.

I think people are comparing the quality to that of PRO SHOP, the fanatics company. The jerseys there are a little heavier quality and are labeled as ON FIELD. This means it is the exact materials that the NFL uses to create game jerseys.

AZ Jerseys are not On Field jerseys. But they are made to the exact standards of the NFL. They have the same labels you will see on the PRO SHOP jerseys. They are Legit.

AZ Official Retailer offers decent products with good quality, but there are some mixed experiences. While some customers appreciate the smooth purchasing process and transparent communication, others feel the wait times can be lengthy. The customer service is noted to be attentive, although consistency might vary. Overall, AZ Official Retailer is a satisfactory choice for shopping, but there is room for improvement.

In feburary I ordered a Givenchy t-shirt and a pair of Dolce & Gabanna shorts from AZ. Was happy with the t-shirt but the shorts did not fit true to size. Contacted AZ about the return and was informed that this would be okay. I posted the item and received proof of delivery through evri tracking. AZ informed me he had received the item and would begin to process my refund. Low and behold, the refund has still not arrived. AZ has blocked me from his instagram page and has been totally unresponsive to his email adress in the 'contact us' section on his website. I am a returning customer and have previosly had no issues with AZ. Despite this, he has 'seen fit' to hang me out to dry, ghosting my messages and leaving me out of pocket. I think this says alot about the standard of service you can expect when shopping here. As soon has he seen the oppertunity to take advantage of me for the sake of £150 he did so, losing a loyal customer and any of my future custom in the process. An out and out theif.

Their instagram and website has been taken down now after they've been proved to sell turkey fakes
