I talked with the Support team about this one and it seems the problem was with the OKX wallet that you were using (their minimum deposit was more than the Azteco voucher you redeemed).

Top service - receive BTC and BTc Lightning quickly and reliably. Buy a voucher, redeem it on the azte.co website (no registration required) and enter your wallet address. The cryptos are on their way. The transaction costs are also adjustable. Had previously bought a voucher from CryptoVoucher no cryptos received support, if you answer, only excuses, keep asking for documents should even send a photo of my credit card although voucher was paid with paysafecard. Nothing received.
No comparison to azte.co I can only recommend have now already made about 7-8 transactions with azte.co everything went great.

Legit and Safe
I have been using Azte.co recently and I really like it.
Vouchers for Lightning network work just perfect.
The only problem, is that I find out a bit expensive to buy vouchers (because of many fees).
However as a new service I will rate it 5/5
