everything wrong about the order
spent $70 on a juventus kit and instead get a cheap knockoff goalkeeper shirt that's half the price and not even remotely close to the same item. i come to find out they sent my order to a person with same first name in a completely different state! whoever packed and shipped these items should not be working there shows such a low level of incompetence from the employees that they couldn't get a single thing right about the order! now i have to go through the whole long process of returning it but i will definitely never buy from this place again and advise everyone else to do the same

Beware of shipping ripoff
Beware of shipping ripoff. For $59 cleats paid $12 shipping bc my kids like them, size was too big, to exchange return they charged me another $9. And to buy new they will charge me $12 again. So for $59 cleats I paid $33 for shipping. Never again.

Horrible return process
Shipping was fast, item was nice but needed to be returned. Rerun process is a nightmare. Finding the return link on the website is hidden, once found, return request needs approval, once approved, I got a return number and no address, then 2 more emails requesting pictures of what I was returning, even though they had my order number and knew the item. Buy some place else that has return policies based in the 21st century.
