Don’t buy from them I was scammed before seeing the reviews I ordered this product a month ago and received nothing checked the status and it said it was delivered and I was thinking this is wrong I haven’t received anything I checked days after and it says no order found they are a true scam and I’m so upset they post that others are scammers and sell fake products but they are the real scammers they don’t even send any product they just take your money they should be ashamed of themselves lying to people looking help with their hair and they steal from people

I never received my order, I was SCAMMED. Please avoid making this mistake and now 3 months and no order. Excuses and more excuses still no delivery. I was SCAMMED and no refund. Avoid this nightmare

I really cannot write a review because I have not received my product it was ordered on February 21st and now it is March the 9th

I have been scamed placed the order on Jan. 29th I have been watching the tracking everyday. I contacted them they responded stating allow 10 - 15 days it feb 26th it still states it at the local carrier since Feb 13th. Then I checked on the shop app it states it was delivered I checked my mail there's nothing there I truly believe this company is a scam.

I placed my order on 1-30-25 and it is now 2-26-25 and I still haven’t received my products yet. They have not responded to my emails cause they don’t have a phone number to call.

I placed an order 01/02/2025. I have not received my order as of yet. The company said the order was in transit with a tracking number, but when I try to try the package no results. I've emailed them 3 times already and has not received a response back from them. I believe I have been scammed by this company.

I had the same experience as others. Thought I got scammed, tracking number couldn’t be found, no responses and it said from China. It finally came after almost 2 months. It’s seems like the real deal, I’ll know in about a month. Only used 2 so far, but I felt like I got scammed too. I don’t feel like it’s a black owned company but the product seems legit. Still researching that part. If it really works it will suck because I’m skeptical about ordering with them again. A lot of scams and fake products out there, order with caution ⚠️

I was heartbroken after placing my order before reading the reviews below. However, I received my order (4 tubs for the price of 2 offer) within a week. It’s the real deal and I was able to track my order the whole time. Not sure what happened with everyone else’s order but this website did not scam me.

Big time scam don't fall for this website. You also have this website tryhoudini-eu both are scam they will keep deducting money from your card and you will never get what you ordered. What they also do is put a wrong address and ship the product so that it will look legit but at the end the product will be returned back to them. Please beware be warn don't fall a victim.

Order #07350. This company is very suspicious. I placed an order with them on January 8th, 2024. I still have not received my order. When I put my order number in with my email to track my order, it says "Order not found". This company sent me an email with a tracking number which says shipping from China. I sent an email and no response. They are using a black people images to market someone else's brand and not even producing the product. They need to be shut down due to committing fraudulent activity.

This company is very suspicious. I ordered from this company over two weeks ago and my product still hasn't came in. Not only does this company send you a fake tracking number from China, I contacted them three days ago and am yet to hear a response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this company. The delivery time for my order was excessively long, prompting me to source the product from another supplier. Additionally, I was displeased to learn that the product was shipped from overseas. Upon expressing my desire to return the item and request a refund, I received multiple emails asking for the reason for return, despite my clear explanations. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any guidance on how to proceed with the return process or secure my refund. My order is 67757

Company is suspect. Very difficult to find who actually owns this company. I’m not sold on it being a “black owned company.” Product arrived from China. I reached out to company regarding this they provided this reply “ in order to ensure the highest quality and consistency, the oil undergoes processing in various certified facilities, including those in China, as part of our global supply chain.”…. I just want to make sure this product comes from Honduras and the company is black owned. That’s it.

I waited a while, I received my product straight from China! Not legit not worth it.

I placed my order on Dec 8th, still hasn't arrived. Tried to contact them on the 26th, but got no reply. I ordered the buy one get one free for $39.99, added the secure shipping for $2.99 plus tax. Sent a message telling me to sign up with shop something to track order, not doing that, and sending me emails to buy more products. Why would I buy more when I didn't get first order. They got me but Karma is a witch and they will get caught.
