The item eventually arrived one month later and was nothing like the images on the Azzlee website. The quality was poor and the fabric cheap. There was little to no communication regarding the progress of the order and to top it all the return address was New Jersey, USA. This was a costly mistake in terms of shipping fees and I urge others to avoid this company.

Edit (6/11): Finally got and returned the dress to them (had to pay to ship it back, smh). Confirmed that everything was in order and my refund should be on the way within "3 to 15 business days". So far I've received 2 emails saying my refund can't be processed because I have an "open chargeback". I confirmed that no such thing existed either through the app I used for payment or my bank. It's almost as if they don't want to issue the refund. Imagine that.
I would give them 0 stars if it was possible! I ordered an item on 4/28 and paid $25 to get "expidited" shipping. They don't know the meaning of the word! I needed the dress for a function on 5/10. I'm still waiting on it. Contact via their website/email doesn't work (still waiting on a reply). I found a phone number and tried to reach out. Its for some foreign country and you can't get through anyway. I disputed the charge and I'm waiting on a resolution (I want all my money back, including shipping!).

Don't get scammed as I did
OMG, why didn't I check out this company before I ordered. The material is horrible, the sizes aren't correct. I ordered cotton and got polyester for one pair of pants out of the three I ordered. Please do not order from this company. I'm returning my items without trying them on and hope Azzlee honors their word about refunds.

Now for the saga!They offered a pittance to keep the top,which I refused.I insisted a Full Refund.They asked for a photo of the top and of the packaging had code.

I ordered 6 items. The shipment sent was missing a sweater. I contacted Azzlee who sent me a link to choose a different sweater. This sent warning bells of phishing and I asked for a refund instead. Told it would be refunded to my card within 3-15 days. Well it’s day 14, so maybe tomorrow or kiss the money goodbye??? Anyway Azzlee asked for reviews on the items I received. The vintage rose jumpsuit was the item I gave a 4. I expected it to be cotton or linen but it’s silky like a scarf. I like the vintage colors and it washed well. The other 4 items were disappointing. The ethnic blouse was cartoonish and cheap looking and I donated it. The 2 remaining shirts were ok. One had nice material but the picture was a decal. The other was a polyester sweatshirt (not cotton). The picture and colors were nicer. Well needless to say I didn’t give any of the items a 5. Guess what, not one of them has been posted on Azzlee. Seems like they only post 5 ratings? I guess it’s true, if the prices seem to good to be true then they probably are!!!

I have been asking for a refund on item that was not sent. and a return label for other 2 items. capri only had the lace design on one leg and the mother of bride dress was nothing like photo. I want a full refund on leggings that were never sent. I ordered 3 tops from Azzlee. Two of them were nice but the "Comfy Plain Buttoned V Neck short sleeve top" Was flawed. Along the front bottom edge, the two sides didn't match. One side was straight and the other side was bowed upward. I contacted Azzlee and sent pictures. They wrote back that it was fine. It was not. The model in the ad had her hand in her pocket right where this problem is and the bottom edge was bunched up in her hand, so maybe she was covering it up.

I am not sure which of the three stores I ordered from but the order came within a good time frame. The products were not what I was hoping for although I kept the top which was nice.
Two items were very cheap quality and listed as the same colour Lt Blue and one was definitely mauve. I requested a return label and they responded quickly by giving me a 30% refund and allowed me to keep the items. Paying the shipping back was too costly so I accepted the refund and it was deposited into my bank within a week of my request.

Cheap junk
The fabric was the very cheapest. What looked like embroidery was a PICTURE of embroidery sewn on to the front of the shirt. The worst possible junk. And impossible to return. STEER CLEAR!
