I was not satisfied with the quality of the item - and the failure of the return process.
I was not satisfied with the quality of the item I ordered - it was poorly constructed and the waistband was twisted. Per the return policy, unsatisfactory items can be returned. I sent an email requesting a return. The company requested I send photos of the labels and the damage (not suggested in the return policy), but I did send photos. Next, I received an email stating that additional photos were needed. I declined and reiterated their return policy. Then, they asked for a video showing my attempt to fix the waistband. Unbelievable! Never again!!

I am very upset
I am very upset. I put in a order about a week ago. I also put it to expedited and so far I have received nothing. All it says is label created. I feel like if you can't hold up for expedited then don't give that option. I am mad. I have a wedding to go to and that's what I was going to wear and here it is a week away. Now I'm wondering if I will even get it.

Things didn't start out too good. I placed my order 2 weeks earlier, and every time I checked the package tracking, it showed nothing except that a shipping label was created. So I emailed customer service that I would cancel my order and contact my credit card if I didn't receive it within a week. Must have got their attention, because I suddenly got a delivery date. My package arrived before the stated date. Everything fit well and looked as pictured. The quality is even nicer than I expected, given the price. I'm happy with my purchase and even though shipping was muddled, I'm still satisfied with that as well.

I bought a dress size XL which is advertised at 18-20 which would have fitted me with plenty of Room,
even if it would have been to big i would have had it taken in.
however, when arrived the size was more like XXS.
i emailed AZZLEE to organise a return and refund.
They would not give me the address to send back, they offered me to keep the dress and give me a 30% refund. However, the dress was useless to me due to sizing.
I replied and asked again for the address to return, I was happy to pay return fee,
They replied stating the return fee would be £20 then also a cost of services and Handling fee. Azzlee offered me a 50% refund.
This annoyed me as this company did not want the return. I have emailed them to say This is totally unacceptable. I will be reporting this company to trade and Standers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,

Sizing
I like the fabrics and the look of the dress I purchased but am very unhappy with the sizing of the garment. I chose2 sizes up from what I wear in the USA and I could hardly get the dress on: very tight in the bust. I am a seamstress and took out a pocket and made gussets on each side under the arm and am now able to get the dress on. ( have to keep my arms down!)
Please refer to more standard sizing measurements especially if you market in the USA ! Our bodies are different here!

Not good so far
I have gone to the website to see how to return a white blouse which had curly black thread stuck within the white collar which showed through. I was e-mailed with instructions to return the item, but it said in the e-mail not to return to the address on the envelope. In the e-mail I was told that I had to pay for the return and no alternative address was provided to send it back to. I then returned the e-mail politely asking for the return address to send to, and I have not received a reply to my e-mail.
PS - Further to your reply below, you do already have my e-mail address and have sent several replies already, finally, after several requests for an address, you gave me your US returns address and I have paid over £9.00 to send the item back to you for a refund. I hope you receive it soon, thank you.
This was eventually refunded and resolved.

I ordered a dress for a wedding
I ordered a dress for a wedding. It was nothing like the photo online and the material was faded. I was expecting to get a full refund but was told to either send the dress back at own cost (to an address in America) and loose my initial shipping cost of £7.99 also, or was offered 70% of the cost of the dress and to keep the dress, which is unwearable due to poor quality? This company popped up on my FB page. Will never order from them again and would not recommend anyone else do so either.

I have ordered items which I have been trying to send back and get a refund for ,it has been 10 days and I still haven't received the address. My gut feeling was telling me not to.order from this place ,wish I hadn't now as it is stressful
I wish ai looked into this a bit more and hope I get the £100 back.
I did manage to get some 70 % of my money back and I kept the products even though they do not fit and not to the quality I expected them to be.
It would have cost £30 or more to send back .
