Avoid worst company ever

I ordered 3 items on 21st April 2025, and I have never received my order, £87 lost, Yodel was the delivery company and they left my parcel in a bush, no idea where! Azlee have totally denied any responsibility, they suggested I call the police, and today they have said claim my money back from Local Authorities
Worse company ever do not use them

Trying to return an item and they…

Trying to return an item and they cannot find any trace of my order. The communication with them is terrible and have sent all the required Information and they are still not accepting my return.
Impossible company to deal with buyers beware. I now demand a refund immediately.

Don't let the pictures fool you!!

The pictures essentially bear no resemblance to the items I received. I have never seen such cheaply made, ugly fabric/clothing. The "fabric" almost feels like plastic. Anyone who works for this company should be ashamed of themselves for participating in such a sham.

My wife saw this site I think on…

My wife saw this site I think on Facebook, she made two orders for a wedding and holiday items. Items took over 4 weeks to deliver even though I said I would pay for express delivery. Obviously coming from China judging by the emails I did receive.
I am not sure what to make of this company, is it lack of experience, they seem to try hard, but the products are poor quality, but then what does one expect for the prices paid. I would not order again that's for sure. I would just say be careful!

Avoid This Company – Misleading and Poor Quality

The dress that I bought is a cheap quality polyester dress and it’s nothing like in the picture on the website.
They are advertising an easy return process but you have to beg them for a return address as it’s not stated on their website.
Stay away from this company, very poor quality items for that price.

Shoddy goods, nothing like photo.

I bought a top which looked from the photo as if it was thin cotton (no info as to fabric on the website). It is horrible - photoprinted 100% polyester, garish. I ordered my usual size, and it's much too small. First and last time I buy anything from this company..

Awful company clothes quality very poor for the money you pay! nothing like pictures no returns label. Emailing to sort refund will only offer me 30% of what I paid and keep items that are unwearable this company needs to be investigated

Azzlee is bad news!! …

ordered 3 dresses and paid for expedited delivery early May, 2025. Never received dresses, no response to my emails or calls for a refund. Had to file dispute with my credit card company. Complete waste of time and money!

Shirt that arrived was not the one…

Shirt that arrived was not the one ordered, emailed Azzlee 5 days ago and no reply.

I have now received a reply. Even though they sent me a different shirt to the one on their website, they expect me to pay for the returns charge. I am seeking further advise as a matter of urgency. The contract of sale was the item on their website not one that vaguely resembled it.

I have now logged an official complaint against this company, with a relevant consumer organisation.

Even though the issue is totally of Azzlee's doing, their expectations is for me to pay over £20 for a tracked return to somewhere in the USA.

Sadly this appears to be a put off tactic Azzlee appear to of used multiple times according to the other customer reviews listed on Trust pilot.

UPDATE-----
I have been in contact with the UKICC in the UK who advise UK citizens on what to do if in this position. I have contacted Azzlee again asking for justification of why I am being asked to pay for the returns charge when it was their mistake??????????

UPDATE------
Azzlee are still insisting that I pay the returns which is more than £20. They have not acknowledged yet they sent the wrong item either, only saying "I'm terribly sorry that the items did not meet your expectations."

UPDATE----
The UKICC organisation who help UK consumers with this sort of issue when the sellers are in a different country have contacted Azzlee.co.uk (based in the USA) on my behalf and I have now received a full refund from Azzlee, The refund came through one day after the UKICC contacted them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Received three dresses today and the negative reviews confirm what I am dreading regarding sending all the items back for a refund! What I have received is nothing like the pictures on the advertisement. Cheaply made and six inches longer than advertised. Reading other people’s reviews I think my bank is my next point of call. I am annoyed with myself as I usually check on here !

I contacted Azzlee because I want to…

I contacted Azzlee because I want to return the item I received. However, they have not replied to my email. From the reviews I have read, Azzlee makes it very difficult to return merchandise.
Today I received instructions and the return address so I am cautiously optimistic that this situation will be resolved to my satisfaction.

Finally after 7 weeks I received the dresses. And despite reading the
reviews and measuring - neither dress size work. This is absolutely
disheartening and so disappointing after the wait and extra research. The back and forth correspondence to get this order completed was prolonging. Also if you notice they only allow 5 star reviews. Lack of transparency.
