Products, time of sending are in plus but products should be stored between 3-8 degrees and adding one frozen water bag in the box-don't think keep it cool for more than few hours. Fortunately products that have been ordered by me received in good condition, but if you think order similar products and it's 30 degree outside-consider this. 🤔

Hello Ryszard, we did not add a water bag, but a frozen icepack, which off course will melt eventually. That should, considering the temperature range when sent of 12-18 C be sufficient for arriving in good shape. We do agree that shipping it at 30 C would be a lot more compromising, but solving that would mean we would have to raise or rates too much to keep our product at these prices. Happy too see your products arrived in good shape, and hope you enjoy them! :-)
