Really happy with my order everything arrived in perfect condition amazing service from start to end

Amazing service and excellent range of products throughout the year and with a comprehensive easy to use online service well managed by Tzion and Avrumi. Thank you ever so much for all your help throughout the year, but especially in the past couple of weeks when you went above and beyond to help us out.

Placed large order online on Tuesday, including several bottles of wine, plus frozen and refrigerated products. All arrived safely in Bournemouth on the Wednesday. Can't ask for more !

The order came one day earlier than confirmed with goods left outside the main entrance in a broken box and liable to be stolen. Worse: the meat was left in warm sunshine for several hours. It smelled and is not usable for health and safety reason. Upon calling, the manager was rude, accepted no responsibility and twisted the facts.

Pluses... Fast dispatch & delivery of excellent Kosher foods. Wonderful Bakery items. Prices pretty good compared to another Kosher Supermarket I order from. Chilled items arrived still very cold so no worries there.
Had an issue with my first order which was resolved via email very quickly(thank you) My only gripe is It would be good to be informed If an item Is out of stock so we can order an alternative. Other that very happy :)) Thank you B Kosher!

I was looking for a particular sweet which I only found on this website so I placed an order for 3 bags and then added many other things because I noticed that the delivery (London to London) was a steep £8.99 and I wanted to make sure this was justified! However, when I received the order 80% of the items were missing, including the sweets I had specifically wanted, and the others were not what I had ordered, but they had sent whatever they wanted - ie I had ordered strawberry flavour (which they said they had shipped but instead I got watermelon which I hate). I was still charged £8.99 even though the order was itself only about that amount at this point and only included things I could easily find down the road from me. I have tried to contact them both by email and phone but they do not respond! Terrible customer service and false advertisement.

When we received our order the package was badly wrapped and one end of it was very wet and soggy and I opened it with the courier to show him what was wrong. He made a note. When we opened it a jar of asparagus had a loose lid and all the liquid had gone. We later noticed that some of the asparagus was missing!
The fact was it was not packed properly anyway. The crackers box was dented and contents were damaged and broken. The bag of pretzels had many broken pieces. I have now telephoned twice and left messages with my number. I've also sent two emails that night and have had no response so far. Not impressed. We had frozen cheese pancakes where the box was also soggy! They had become unfrozen.
It would be nice to receive a response. It does not look like we would use them again.

Great Website! They have the most extensive selection online of kosher food in the UK.

Shocking customer service. Order was delivered the week after it was due, I did not accept delivery as the food would have been sitting in the UPS truck for several days. I was promised a refund which never materialised. Being ignored despite several emails. Tried calling but they never answer their phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Disgusting.

The order date you select is arbitrary. They just didn’t send the items I needed without notice-wouldn’t have ordered/would have cancelled if I’d known. There was trash (other food packaging) in the box.

Really unpleasant.

I placed an order for £50 worth of products and paid £9 postage.
When my order arrived, half of the items were missing. I paid £9 postage for 5 packets of rice cakes!
I emailed them to ask where the remainder of my order was and haven’t heard anything back from them since.
Having read other reviews on their customer service, I’ll be chalking this one down to a bad experience and won’t use them again.

Edit 25/04/2025: they’re now offering past customers a chance to win £100 for a 5* review on TrustPilot and are asking those who’ve left bad reviews to prove their review is genuine by providing the order number.
Thankfully I still had my order information so have provided this but if you can’t provide it, they’re going to try and have your bad review deleted.

Very sneaky company. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and all the more reason to avoid them!

wish the staff were nicer - perhaps saying thank you and not treating you like an inconvenience - all it would take is a little bit of training

A reasonable range of products but very pricey. A message to the management - please do consider some customer service training for your staff. Perhaps if they had some people skills and learned how to interact politely with people, it would improve your business and sales. Perhaps have a visit to Kosher Kingdom to see how it can be done.

Delivered a product that was out of date, do not reply emails or any requests for refund or replacement.

Brilliant service and great products. Really made our Yom Tov special. Even though some items were out of stock as expected this time of year, they had plenty of alternate options for me to choose. Wonderful.

Amazing service and fantastic products and prices for yom tov. In comparison to other kosher shops in the area, b kosher offer an excellent range of products at affordable prices. Thank you for making our yom tov easy this year.

Atrocious company. AVOID AT ALL COST. Would give a ZERO if I could.
Placed order for wedding a month in advance. Order never delivered. UPS never delivered but returned to BKosher. BKosher won't refund and don't respond to messages. Had to raise dispute with credit card to get out money back. Dishonest and unhelpful, dont return called and promise refunds that don't materialise. Poor way to do business. Never use again.

If I could give no stars, I would. I noticed the extortionate shipping fees they charge so decided if I was going to place an order it would have to be a big one to make it worthwhile. I placed my order but then noticed that they had taken far less money from my bank than the order was worth. I realised this must mean that I wasn't going to receive half my order. I phoned, used Whatsapp and emails to cancel my order but nobody answered me until the order had been shipped and then they were very rude and uncompromising when I said I would refuse the order. So it's ended up that I've paid over £30 for two bags of crisps, some chocolate and a pack of cookies. Dreadful company, there are other Kosher companies out there and I recommend you try one of those instead
