Do not use this company. Ordered oil, paid for it but has never been delivered. Sent numerous messages asking for an update but have never had a reply. Disgraceful customer service. How is a company allowed to take money but not deliver any goods?
Vish the owner/director is a disgusting guy that uses girls on social media to market his business. Nobody likes him, so he tries to connect with girls to get views😂
If there was a button for 0 stars. I would have clicked that. A few factors I wanted to review here. The oil had given me an irritation and did not sit well with my skin. The order had taken 3 weeks to be delivered when it should have taken 4-5 working days as such. I’m disappointed as I had mentioned a complaint via email and the directors response was as follow:

I’m so sorry to hear about this
This is the only case that we have heard this happen to
I will issue a refund today and make sure to put a disclaimer on the website for any future purchases
I’m so sorry to hear about this
