Can’t communicate

Can’t communicate! Ordered SA sim 8/1. Received confirmation and told it would be sent registered post and tracking details sent.
We leave on Sunday 31/1 and nothing. Repeated emails and phone messages unanswered.
We have had a previous good experience so doubly disappointing!

Hello, I bought a SIM card from you at Cape Town airport on March 21st for my wife and me. I can't make phone calls with my SIM card. I haven't made a single call yet! It's no problem to make phone calls with my wife's SIM card. That's very, very annoying! I'm very unhappy. Why do I have a SIM card as a tourist if I can't make phone calls with it??? I was also told when I bought it that I had 10+10GB of data. I specifically asked: so 20GB in total? They said yes to that. Now it's only supposed to be 10GB? What an outrage!

Ordered a SA Travel SIM Card – The Big Five on 9/8/23 from the UK expecting deliver within 7-14 days as stated:-“All Deliveries are sent registered post. You will be sent tracking details once processed. Delivery can take between 7 – 14 days depending on your location.”
Still waiting for this product, have emailed used watts app asking for help but no reply. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Do not order at this company

Do not order at this company. I made an order for 2 simcards for south africa, delivery at home. However, I never received my order. I tried to reach b4i travel multiple times, via email and whatsapp, but never got any response. I already paid my order but never got it. Don't buy any products here!! The service desk won't answer you and you will not get your delivery!

Absolutely rubbish and a waste of your…

Absolutely rubbish and a waste of your time and money. I ordered for a sim card to be waiting at Cape Town International arrivals. Landed after an 11 hour flight only to be told that apparently my order hasn't been processed. They took my money but I have no sim!

B4i-travel is a fraud!

The sim-card they delivered was dead. Did not work. I checked at a Vodafone office. Tried to phone them: voicemail. Asked them to call back: nope! Send email to customer service and a reply to previous mail-contact: no reaction! I think they are a fraud. Lost €75,- and had to buy a Vodafone card my self in South Africa. Do not use B4i-travel!

Faulty website, no response to WhatsApp messages.

Tried to buy a SIM card for an upcoming trip but the website is having issues. I documented them all and sent to them on WhatsApp and no one has replied nor even read it and that was a week ago. If they can't reply to my questions and fix their website issues then I'm not going to trust them to supply £100 worth of SIM cards, especially when the most recent review before mine didn't even receive their order.

Unfortunately the SIM card didn't log into the network. Nigel Murray of the South African support desk finally managed to solve the issue. We really appreciate his efforts.
