Great so far!
I’ve really enjoyed this program so far! I just started it 4 weeks ago so I can’t speak to results, but I like the simple progression scheme of increasing when you can hit the max prescribed reps and I definitely felt doms in my quads and glutes after the first few workouts so I am hopeful about results!

Targeted and timely
I’ve been using Beth’s programs for years. I love her programs because they are short and sweet. They target muscle groups pretty intensely, but you can finish your workout in an hour pretty easily. I hate the programs that assume people have 3 hours to spend in a gym everyday. I’m also not a huge fan of cardio and her plans suit my style pretty well.

I really recommend this program
I really recommend this program, I was able to increase the weights, with other routines I had been stagnant and I saw no progress. I really liked this exercise routine. I have seen a lot of progress with this training plan.
