Can't even begin to describe the disappointment.

Nothing they promised held true. Getting the bike was a nightmare, and when problems arose, customer service ignored us and acted outright rude. We tried to exchange the bike but were told we could only do so for another model—except none were available in our price range. Eventually, we were forced to settle for a much cheaper replacement and still had to buy a second bike elsewhere just to transport our son.

Absolutely not worth the stress, time, or money. I wouldn’t recommend Babboe to anyone. If someone put a gun to my head, I’d rather walk.

After more than 5 months waiting for the replacement bike I finally received my Winora fub 2w. Nice bike and smooth driving experience. However, after two days of use and less than 12 km, the motor has started to make an awful and continuous noise, like a yell, which is certainly not normal. I am trying to reach the customer service in Babboe, I hope they are more helpful than the previous times when I only received generic responses. Overall a bad experience, just hoping that they are not replacing the Babboe bikes for old/used bikes.
