Certificate of posting was sent to this customer. We had a conversation and a good will gesture in the form of a gift voucher was sent to their email.
Sadly we're living through a global pandemic which has therefore increased shipping time. Once the item has left us and is sent, the delivery times (and EU customs) are out of our control! We've had absolutely no issues with deliveries in the past... this is a first.
Please note that all delivery times are just an estimate!

The dress fit perfectly
The dress fit perfectly , very figure hugging , bringing out my curves and all and the material of the dress was 10/10 , stretchy , slipped on like a clove . I will definitely be ordering again I’m the near future x
