They had a great price on a capsule and base combo, but the deal ended during the day between me adding to cart and being able to pay for it once i got home. They quickly responded to my message and kindly honoured the deal price for me, sorted the invoice quickly and I had the items 2 days after making payment. Great service and pricing. Thank you!
Their page read 25% off on an item, but the price was definitely not reduced by 25%, except for on one colour. However the page did not specify that, so I decided to talk to customer support about it.
The customer support is honestly awful on the site. It said that it was typing a response for over five minutes, and when I finally asked a follow up question in regards to getting a sales rep to speak to, they quickly answered my question (in one sentence, so not a five minute answer). Then I spent the next few questions asking for follow up replies, as they clearly kept abandoning my question until I would ask again if they had received my image or my picture. A lot less inclined to purchase from this company.
WARNING. I have been threatened by honey bell that if I leave a negative review I'll be sued for defamation!
Appalling customer service the whole way through. Threatening customers to speak out about negative experiences is not ok !
