My high rating is down to my fantastic tutor Emma Taylor. I have never experienced someone so down to earth, consistent and knowledgeable when completing an NVQ, and couldn't thank her enough for everything she has done.
Emma's approach to teaching students is so personalised as she took the time to figure out my way of learning and adapted my assignments to this.

Emma Taylor you are brilliant.

Jordan was a great tutor - very approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. He consistently made himself available for meetings whenever I needed support, and his guidance made a real difference to my learning experience.

He created a positive and supportive environment that helped me feel more confident and motivated during the course. His ability to explain the content clearly and relate it to real-world situations was particularly helpful.

Even to this day the experience I had working as a Skills Coach for Babington has traumitised me. I cant even work for another employer because of the way I was treated. One minute I was told we will support you for something, the next minute I was pulled in over my performance figures when previously they were ok. I think we were just treated like a number rather than a human being. I was made to feel like I was the problem, because management didnt want to look at themselves. I see they are continually looking for Skills Coaches, (high turnover) what a shock. I think I gave it my very best shot, but it was never good enough due to the sheer amount of coaches leaving all the time.

Breakfast good value but needs to be served on a hot plate.

I recently completed a Level 3 apprenticeship with Babington, with Lynne being my coach. I was worried about the apprenticeship at the start because I didn't like writing. Through the empathy and skills of Lynne's leadership, I enjoyed all activities in the apprenticeship finishing with a distinction. The resources for learning helped me to be better at my job benefiting myself, my service users and my company. Thank you Babington and thank you Lynne.

My trainer Lucy Antony has been fantastic since she started with me on my Housing and Property Management Level 3 Apprenticeship. The course has been very clear, appointments have been kept and I have always known where I am throughout the course.

My skills coach was Geoff Sexton. I found working with Geoff over the 12 months I was on my apprenticeship very helpful. Geoff was very supportive and I always felt comfortable asking him for help if I wasn't sure on something.

Thank you to babington and an even bigger thank you to Geoff Sexton who has worked with my team of apprentices over the last 12 months. Geoff is amazing with not only the learners but also myself, ensuring I understand what is needed and keeping me up to date with where my learners are. Geoff has played a huge part in everyone’s learning journey so far and I’m excited that I get to work with Geoff again for the next 12 months with a new team of apprentices.

On behalf of my team, thank you so much for all of your help and support! They’re all set to pass and continue their careers thanks to you!

Elaine Porter has been absolutely fantastic supporting my team of apprentices at EE to get to end point assessment. The time, care and support given to the guys has been nothing short of admirable and I have no doubt that the team will ALL pass with nothing short of a distinction thanks to Elaine. You'll be a huge miss at EE in Tyneside Elaine, thank you for everything and i wish you the best with everything to come your way!

My apprenticeship journey with Babington was both challenging and rewarding, and I’m proud of the outcome. The support and guidance I received throughout the course were invaluable. A special shout out to Vicki Howard for her outstanding coaching—her help made all the difference!

My EPA Admin, Jo, was incredibly kind and helpful. She reached out to share toolkits and wished me good luck.

Awesome experience! Helen Jacket really helped me and guided me through the course. When I didn't understand the assignment, she was there to explain it to me. When I felt I needed a break, she was supportive and let me take the time I needed. The material itself was interesting and useful for my work life.

Marc Beckett was brilliant as my coach, I didn't believe in myself at all at the beginning but he reassured me that I was doing great and that built my confidence up and to then get a Distinction I was extremely proud of this achievement. The course itself was well run and Marc was on hand whenever I needed support.

My coach Marc Beckett was superb, his guidance and support throughout my qualification was second to none and the preparation and learning I received from Babington throughout my course ensured I developed and performed well at EPA. Thanks Marc & team.

Emma Jane Smith is the perfect trainer. She always wants to help and is always looking for ways to further your career. I couldn’t complement her enough, she truly is a wonderful trainer and person and I couldn’t recommend Babington enough when they employee great people like Emma! :)

Yesterday I did my first workshop in my Regulatory Compliance Officer apprenticeship and it went really well, we was pushed out of our comfort zones by doing role play but that will definitely help with the compliance role as sometimes you are pushed out of your comfort zones and also how compliance in different industries are similar in ways and can be adapted to any industry.

Helen was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the apprenticeship and helped me achieve a distinction. She deserves so much recognition for her everything she does in assisting people reach and exceed their goals.

Helen and the team have been fantastic!! I have just passed my retail leadership with a distinction and they made the process so easy and assisted at any point in which I needed them. Helen is so friendly, down to earth and such a lovely person. Could not recommend enough. I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.

I recently completed a level three Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship. Helen became my advisor around a third of the way through my course and was supportive and encouraging throughout. I do suffer with low confidence and self belief at times but always felt lifted and motivated after our discussions. I was always provided with the best learning materials, told about external bodies and websites that could progress my learning and my workload was balanced well. Thank you Helen and Babbington. Vivien Gyll also helped me with maths which was a difficult job but she got me through!
