Pregnancy pillow very poor quality and filling missing jn several areas.
They say 30 day money back guarantee. Email response avoiding any issues, avoiding refund, offering 20% of cost back into 8th email now still ongoing avoidance of responsibility.

Avoid buying avoid avoid , you return an item and they pretend it didn’t recieve , honestly they upset me a lot how company do that to a pregnant women

Ordered a feat heart monitor as a gift, used the company as it promised 24 hour tracked next day delivery! No delivery, no answer to emails, messages and no contact number to call. If you need to receive your order as promised don’t use them!

I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, still waiting for the item. Shipping company state it’s lost but the company are denying this and just telling me to wait. I’ve requested a refund and they’ve refused, told me until the parcel is sent back they won’t refund me…I DO NOT have the parcel.

Now having to claim back through my credit card company as they are now ignoring emails. Absolute joke of a company. Definitely AVOID.

Return policy says nothing about certain items being non returnable.

DO NOT ORDER! sent basic fetal Doppler when I order the supposedly better, more expensive option. Tried it anyway but it doesn’t work. Emailed the customer service dept but email bounced back as undeliverable as email address doesn’t exist. Send numerous messages on their contact page but no response. States 100% satisfaction or full refund on the website- but it’s an empty promise if there is no way to contact the company to arrange a return/refund!!
