Ordered a cybex isofix using Klarna pay in 3. Luckily only paid 1 instalment and not full price. Babyandnurseryworld cancelled order as no stock. After several weeks I am still waiting for my refund. Klarna won’t refund until they inform them of cancellation. Have emailed several times with no joy. No telephone number to speak to anyone. Do not order from this company. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering but thought I was getting a good deal

Stay away from this shop!! I could write a book about them but if is not worth..just do not buy anything from this shop
I have left a complaint on their Facebook web and they removed it and blocked me a few mins later !!!

Awful business and extremely rude staff cancelled order and not received a refund reporting this business hope they get done for it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Baby & Nursery World.

I ordered and paid for a Cybex Anoris T2 Plus car seat using PayPal Pay in 3. After weeks of no communication despite repeated emails and social media messages, I was eventually informed that the order had been cancelled due to lack of stock.

This was particularly frustrating because the seat continued to appear available for purchase on their website throughout this time.

A refund then showed as pending through PayPal before later being cancelled, leaving me still being charged for an item that was never dispatched or received.

I urgently needed this seat for my daughter’s safety before travelling to Wales, and I was ultimately forced to purchase the same seat elsewhere while still financially tied to the original cancelled order.

What upset me most was the complete lack of communication. Emails and messages were ignored and I was eventually blocked on Facebook simply for trying to get updates regarding my order and refund.

I am now having to resolve the matter through PayPal dispute resolution.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Terrible experience. They don’t have a phone number and don’t respond to emails, so there is no communication at all! Looking at companies house looks like they are about to go bust, so I’d avoid them at all costs!!!
